    In August 2017, I entered into a contract with ********** for $51,628.51 for a full renovation of my co-op. Kitchen, bathroom and a new circuit breaker. And through a recommendation from **********, I used Above Remodeling Corp(ARC) to renovate my co-op. The renovation started in June of 2018. In July 2018, I was charged another $4,095 because of plumbing issues. The renovation was supposed to be completed in seven weeks but, it was not completed until early 2019.On July 2nd 2024 there was a water leak that damaged the medical office below my co-op.The plumber who repaired the leak determined that the source of the water was from underneath my shower that was incorrectly constructed at the time of the renovation.I would have never of known the damage was from negligence from the installation if not reading the plumbers report. The plumbing issues in 2018 were not properly *************, I need to repair my shower. I need the infrastructure to be constructed underneath the shower and the tiles that were not aligned with the shower pan needs to be replaced. Because of the incorrect installation, the water damage may have been structurally compromised underneath my shower and if so, this also has to be fixed.
