BDry installed a system in the basement of my home which compromised the footing of my house, they should have never installed it as it will cost 50,000$ to repair this issue. I have asked BDry to take some responsibility since their company shouldve never installed this system in the first place and they dont want to cover any of the mold issues or cracks in the wall. Their system was built faulty and they should take some of the responsibility for the repair.

    Dear ***********,
On 6/20/22, 1:30 pm i did a site visit to your residence.  I met with *************, she had mentioned that you were busy and would not be able to step outside to meet with me in person.  We did a job here in November of **** to address a ground water problem a different owner had at the time.  I have read through your concerns/complaints.  The issues you are experiencing do not pertain to work that we did 37 years ago.  It is my understanding that you just moved in approximately 1 month ago.  However, There are a number of issues at this residence that have been neglected for some time that are contributing to these problems.

Per the request of *************, I will put together a list of recommendations to address the problems you are experiencing and we would be happy to assist you with them if you would like.
    Sincerely,
    ****
