    I’ve been doing business with Country Suburban for almost 20 years. Harry G** and his team of experts have installed 2 furnaces, a central air system, my hot water tank and my split system. I’ve never been disappointed. And if I have a question or need service, Harry returns my call within hours. I recently had an issue with my (home warranty covered) central AC unit. They tried to have a different service provider take care of my issue. No way. I told them I’m calling Country Suburban. They installed everything, they service my units and they provide my annual maintenance. I won’t do business with anyone else. You shouldn’t either. Give Harry a call and find out for yourself.

    Country Suburban did an impeccable job at my rental property, handling spray foam insulation, heat pump installation, and hot water tank replacement. Their team was professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable, completing everything to the highest standards. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and trustworthy service!

    We were extremely satisfied with Destiny’s tenacity in repairing our ancient furnace. It is the original in our 1950s home. Other local and larger services wouldn’t come until after Christmas and one told me they don’t repair belt driven furnaces and that we would need a new one. We didn’t want to replace it because they aren’t built to last. With 12 hours notice on 12/23 we got our heat back on Christmas Eve. It truly was a Christmas miracle. Many people would have said sorry I can’t fix this. But Destiny stayed with it and overcame seemingly insurmountable obstacles . I am thankful every time I walk by a heat outlet. She is a treasure. Country Suburbsn has a loyal customer here. Chris Aris

    Two years ago this company put in a new AC in my house. Last year they added a new thermostat. In June2024, they told me that the thermost they install “didn’t play well with the air conditioning unit” they put in and I needed a new thermostat. Guess what? They didn’t have one with them! But no charge. They would be back the next day. But that didn’t happen! I called and someone came later in the day (90+ degree day) . No service call was to be charged per technician! Today I got a bill. Invoice stating PAST DUE!!! For thermostat and install charge. For a one year old thermostat I call and the customer service manager hangs up on me! I am done with this company!

    Very disappointed in this company for what they allowed to happen to a 98 year old, Deaf, and legally blind gentleman who lives on his own, in the dead of winter, during our coldest spell in January 2024. With temperatures below freezing, gentleman's heater went out, his elderly neighbor called this company via using the ****** *****...said company sent out "workers" who did absolutely NOTHING, leaving the gentleman with NO heat, NO heaters, NO call to Social Services or for additional help AND ON TOP OF THAT...charged him $309.88, which he paid, not knowing any better. I called ******** ****, only after discovering that this elderly gentleman was left with NO HEAT, sitting in his old recliner, near a stove for heat, with his winter coat on for FOUR DAYS!!! ******** **** said the Emergency Switch was in the OFF position, they fixed the issue to restore the heat. I contacted Country Suburban and spoke to a Kathy, to try to get through to a manager, left several messages, then called an Erica, a week or so later, again left messages and requested they send me an email with the invoice of service and payment received, to which I have never received anything via email for "work" done. After my call to Erica, someone named Nick M****, I believe the Service Manager, called me and I explained what happened, in which he used the excuse about the worker being "new", etc...etc.. Nick said he would get to bottom of this and call me back, to date...NO CALL! I got a call from Harry Gee, I believe the owner, and explained the situation again, as Nick had not conversed with his boss....per Harry, and I quote, "We will make this right......this is a "family business"........Needless to say I have NEVER HEARD BACK FROM EITHER EMPLOYEE, even after WEEK'S of repeated phone calls and messages! *in order to leave review had no choice but to give it a star, DEFINATELY not deserving of this!!!!

    Harry was very responsive and his crew was great as well. They completed the project in a timely manner and we were happy with the heating system that they installed.

    Please do not do business with this company as they are terrible right from the start of Harry gee coming to my house to give me a quote. His words were “I GOING TO GIVE YOU A HECK OF A DEAL”. Boy did he ever. NOT. First off we purchased A heating and air conditioning unit they came to the house with just the heating unit so back to the shop to get the air conditioning unit that took a hour or more. So back with everything to install the units one worker in the house to install the heater the other outside for air conditioning, so the guy in the house cut a hole in the ceiling larger than needed to put pvc pipe for the vent and up through the vent pipe that was there. Then starts to hook up the furnace and to turn on and test the furnace, well ok it ran for a bit and quit. So the have to call a service tech to come out and see what’s wrong. So out comes the service tech who was here until midnight to tell me that the vent pipe is hooked up wrong and I have to change the limit switch, so yeah back to the shop to get pieces and parts and back to my house to repair the mess. So finally working and needless to say they were back a total of three more times and the one time the come out to replace the vent pipes they spill a can of pipe purple pipe cleaner all over my back room floor and washer, dryer, refrigerator, front of brand new furnace front to no chance of cleaning the mess because everything is permantly stained. So I call everyday to get them to fix and replace but to lies, and temporarily fixes of we will send someone out to look at the damage three times to no fix or replace anything. So HARRY GEE WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THIS HAPPENED AT YOUR HOUSE WOULD YOU BE HAPPY I DONT THINK SO. SO THANKS FOR THE GREAT DEAL AND NOT FIXING YOR ISSUE. I HAVE STAIN APPLIANCES. All of my appliances, floor and furnace front that everyone that visits loves the color.

    Honestly, there isn't a better place to call on when you need any hvac or spray foam work done. Very respectful and easy to do business with. They made sure I got the best price and furnace for my house.
