      Horrible Experience with CardWorks/CWA/North - Beware of Fraudulent Practices I had an absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company, whatever they claim to beCardWorks, CWA, North, or any other name they go by. Specifically, ****** ******* and ******* ******* were involved in what I can only describe as fraudulent activity. They lied repeatedly, withheld crucial information, and even froze funds without justification. Their lack of transparency and horrible communication made the situation even worse. Getting straight answers was impossible, and they seemed more interested in taking advantage of their customers than providing any legitimate service. During the five years we processed with them, they never provided updated contracts and continuously charged us fees we were neither made aware of nor had ever agreed to. Additionally, they imposed fake assessments to justify higher fees, clearly taking advantage of us financially throughout the duration of our contract. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and fairness is deeply concerning and *************** yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Its not worth the stress, and there are far better options out there.
