This company is horrible if you need to return. The sipping is fast (THATS the only reason they get two stars out of me) I will give them that but they clearly don’t take their time in caring for orders. Let’s start with me ordering a police star and necklace that was suppose to match and be 18k gold. When I received it the star looked more so like a bronze/copper color and the necklace looked like cheap gold that had no weight to it. Looked as if I got it out of a gumball machine. I returned it with them saying some nonsense of a 10% restocking fee. But what am I suppose to do with a custom star that I can’t gift to anyone? They received my return on the 10th of December. DECEMBER 10. 2020! It is now DECEMBER 31, 2020 and I still have yet to receive my refund. On the email it says 5-7 business days. We are way over that. And this necklace was not cheap AT ALL! I keep getting the run around to call later because of the holiday rush. What does that have to do with returns??? Safe to say I will never be ordering from this company nor recommend them to any of my fellow police officers
