I chartered a bus for my family and friends, I used their option for upgraded amenities on my bus as well. I choose to add USB/outlets, Luggage storage, and alcohol consumption amenities. On the day of my charter, the bus arrived 1 hour late, no assistance with luggage, and NO USB outlets, which I needed since one of my guest uses a oxygen machine and I told the company before my schedule charter. The bus was not cleaned, the driver was not English speaking which made for a rough day. He was not good with navigating through ** so we got stuck in a lot of traffic making us having to shorten time at all stops. He then wanted to rush us at the last stop after being an hour late and having us be late to every stop. One of my guest left some tennis shoes on the bus he never responded to dispatch about the shoes and I have never heard from the company on whether they had been found. Truly disappointing. And then when I reported my issues to the company they never responded to anything. I also sent an email to *************************** my sales agent, he said he would check with customer service and provide something, still nothing. US Coachways was 1.5 hours late to pick us up. The bus driver had no idea where to park at the casino, we were dropped off at depot with locked doors and no one to greet us. We should have received vouchers upon entry and we did not. My entire group is furious at the way we were neglected and we will never do business with this company again.Review from Debbie S

This business is unethical and we are seeking legal action. After making my reservation for 40 ppl 2 months in advance, they used my money for 60 days and then called a day prior to our event to cancel, citing "Mechanical Issues". I wish I had come to the BBB review site prior to booking with them, as I now see there is a pattern of this abuse and apparently is their standard operating procedure. I have made 6 attempts to contact them and receive a full refund (which they told me they would issue when they were cancelling) and now that they are past the 90 day ***** I am referring to our attorney.Do NOT use this company.Review from Jennifer B

Warning: I don't know if this company ever actually provides bussing or if their entire business model is based upon fraud, but regardless, stay away. My college age daughter booked a charter for a bunch of friends to travel to a football game last November. She had 50 friends on her lawn at 5 AM, only to have no bus and no communication. She was ultimately told that the bus had "mechanical problems", that there was no alternate bus, and that her money would be refunded "within 48 hours". Reading other reviews here after I got involved, this seems to be their SOP. After multiple emails and calls, most of which went unanswered, she was told it could take up to 6 weeks to refund her money. In ****, there is absolutely no way it should *********** weeks for their "accounting department" to resolve something like this, but we opted to give it the 6 weeks. Needless to say, that time came and went with no refund and now they weren't answering any calls or emails from my daughter. It took a call from a new number (mine) and threats of legal action to finally get the money back. The accounting department is apparently able to move a little faster when they need to, because it took them only a couple of days to refund the money after that. This company clearly allows sham bookings, then holds on to your money hoping you either forget or give up. At a minimum they get to do whatever shady stuff they want with your money for the months it takes to get it back. Someone needs to shut this place down.Review from James L

"Epic Fail: A Comedy of Errors with US Coachways ?? Rating: 1 out of 5 (and that's being generous)Oh, where do I even begin with the disaster that was my experience with US Coachways? If this company were a movie, it would be a tragicomedy, but unfortunately, the only thing tragic about it was the waste of time and money.Firstly, let's talk about punctuality, or should I say the lack thereof. We were promised a bus at a specific time, and what did we get? An hour of awkward small talk, checking our watches, and staring at the empty spot where the bus was supposed to be. I've had faster pizza deliveries during a thunderstorm.Now, onto the creative storytelling skills of US Coachways. Apparently, the delay was due to the driver having a sudden bout of Covid. Bravo for using a global pandemic as an excuse for your own incompetence! However, little did we know, the real reason for the tardiness was a classic case of "the check's in the mail" situation. The bus was being held hostage until the charter company got a love letter in the form of payment from the broker. Who knew that the transportation industry was now operating on a cash-on-delivery basis?As for the cherry on top of this horrendous sundae the bathroom. I would like to formally apologize to my nostrils for the assault they endured. The stench emanating from that bathroom was a unique blend of regret, disappointment, and possibly the ghosts of previous passengers. It's like the tanks hadn't been pumped out since the invention of the wheel.In summary, if you're in the market for a bus charter company that specializes in creative excuses, chronically tardy drivers, and olfactory punishment, look no further than US Coachways They've truly mastered the art of turning a simple journey into an unforgettable nightmare. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy well, maybe my worst enemy.Review from William C

This company is a scam!!! Canceled my trip 12 hours before hand. I luckily found a bus company to cover our trip with two buses but it cost me 2,000$ more then this companies rate. I want my refund plus what I spent on the other charter!!!This is a fundraiser in memory of my father and I had 100 people attending. This are into nearly all my profit to donate ..When I asked for a refund they told me they expedited it in 2 weeks as opposed to 14 days. When I got the refund it was only for the two smaller amounts of deposits (399$) then my larger amount of almost 3300$ still hasnt posted. They insist that it went through on their end but when I called credit card company they said thats not possible they would have no reason to hold up a refund.. you cant get anyone on the phone from this place. ***** is a scum bag.. ***** is full of it too. I suggest anyone having trouble to keep calling dispatch as its the only person you can get to talk to. Continue to call and call until you get somewhere these people need to be stopped this is outrageous and its theft!!! I scheduled a charter bus for over 40 people in August 2023. 2 days prior to the event (in late October 2023), I was told the bus was having mechanical difficulties and they could not accommodate my request. They would not work with me to use smaller vehicles to accommodate the group. I was told my payment (made in August 2023) would be refunded within 45 days. I never received the refund and my charter agent stopped responding to my emails and I could not get through on their customer service line. Will NEVER use again and would have given less than 1 star if it was allowed.Review from Kristi H

We booked 3 buses for Nov. 15 well in advance. The pickup was for 4:30 p.m. and at 1 p.m. they called and said "we have a problem" and nothing else. It took almost another hour to figure out they supposedly told the drivers Dec. 15 rather than Nov. 15 so they couldn't do our trip. We had hardly any time to find a replacement and ended up having to pay double due to the last minute booking. They said they would refund us and gave us 10% off for a future booking. We definitely won't be using that coupon. It's now Dec. 4 and they still haven't processed the refund. I emailed about it and haven't heard back of when it will be refunded. Stay FAR, FAR, FAR away from this company. Pay more for someone else to have piece of mind. This is beyond unprofessional.Review from Sarah H

I was a customer who had booked a bus/driver weeks before the event. The day before at 3:40 pm they called and said the bus is having mechanical problems and they would not be able to **************. I understand maintence and breakdowns, but to recieve the call that late the day before the event seemed to be very unprofessional. We ended up finding a different solution that actually saved us money, so it worked out better for us in the end. But it was handled very unprofessionally both with the delayed call and the conversation "rudeness" that the customer service lady had when I was asking for alternative options. I don't usually write a review, and I let it simmer for a few weeks so this isn't an impulsive review because I was mad. I will never plan to try to use this company for charter busses ever again.
