      DON'T USE THIS LOT!! We used this parking lot from June 25-July 6, 2025. Upon arrival, the attendant, as well as my husband did a walk around on our vehicle and took pictures and videos. There was NO damage. When we arrived at the lot to pick up our vehicle, there was damage to the bumper. We filled out paperwork for a claim and was asked by **** to get estimates for repairs. We received estimates, and we emailed them to PP2F, to an email address, which was invalid on the form. Eventually, after many phone calls, we were promised a check by **** for repairs, which 4 months later has not arrived. Multiple weekly calls has resulted in a lot of lip service, **** and ***** not being available and the front desk personnel lying and covering up for management. Bottom line, read the reviews and park at your own risk!!

      I parked my car here from Sept 1425 and returned to find significant damage: the front bumper was displaced and a deep scratch ran the length of the right side. Staff documented the damage, had me fill out a claim, and assured me management would follow up.That never happened. When I finally reached the manager, ***** ****, he promised to call me back but never did. Since then, repeated calls and emails have been ignored. Now, calls are either screened, left on endless hold, or not answered at all.The takeaway is simple: if your vehicle is damaged here, they will not take responsibility. Instead, expect silence, avoidance, and complete lack of ***************** make matters worse, the employees on-site were loudly using racial slurs, which only highlights the lack of professionalism and oversight at this business.I have used many airport parking services before without issuethis was by far the worst experience. For travelers: protect yourself and choose a more reputable company. For the business: ignoring customers after damaging their cars is unacceptable and will cost you trust and future business.

      Damaged my car and wont take responsibility. Do not leave your car here. Theyre a joke and wont reply to any emails either.
