They completed a totally redone driveway for us. After a significant rain storm we discovered that the pitch of the driveway was off, and a puddle was created every time it rained. They did patches to try to fix it, and now the driveway is functional, but ugly. It cost us $11,000, and they are not responsive to fix it.

White Diamond Construction completed this job for this customer on September 14, 2022. After a rain storm, customer found a puddle in the driveway that he was not happy with. White Diamond went back to patch the area where the puddle was. The customer was then unhappy with the look of the patch in the driveway. White Diamond then did a free-to-the-customer sealcoat for the entire driveway to cover the patching. Customer was then unhappy with the look of the sealcoat. Today is April 11, 2025, at this point, there is nothing else White Diamond can do for this customer. Please let me know if you need any further information on this job.

The order of their response is incorrect. They offered a sealcoat, which did not solve the issue. They then patched it, which looks terrible. The look does not match a $11,000 job. The driveway looks fine but the patch does not meet quality standards.
