    "We had REMOVED Plumbing Plus (REMOVED) come to do 3 simplistic repairs we specified in detail before they came out: a leaking turnoff valve behind a toilet, a leaking exterior spigot (hose bib) and a short PVC extension to exhaust sewer gases (something they had attempted prior that proved ineffective).
