    Dear whomever it may concern:
My daughter started at this college in 2024 of August, they first told her to take a leave of Absence due to falling behind, Then the next semester they told me financial aid was due and I got a loan to pay the financial aid and it was paid but then they tell my daughter they can’t enroll her in any classes because it was a week late and classes were already full, how is that her fault the financial aid office here is absolutely ridiculous and does not know what they are doing. So in the spring semester she had a conduct hearing and more financial aid and I just got another loan to pay it and her status is still on hold when the loan has been paid, I am on her contact list to be allowed to talk to this school about my daughter and anything concerning her but they still tell me they cannot talk to me regarding any information about her.
Every time my daughter goes to apply they always tell her her financial aid didn’t go through when I have all the loans I have applied for to go to that school, and then by the time they process the loans its to late and they tell me that she can’t enroll in any classes because it was late and classes are full.
I would like to know what is happening to all these student loans I am paying them and where they are going because my daughter has only attended one semester so I need an explanation and am tired of getting the runaround and the same excuse every semester. They are not professional in my opinion and I am a single mom working three jobs so she can attend this school and I never get any direct answers from them. I am wasting my time and money when I keep getting loans out for my child to be told all the time that it was to late for her financial aid when it was applied for well in advance. Something needs to be done about this because I am tired of the stress it is causing me in my life
