I purchased 2 Album Saver some time ago and tonight I finally got around to trying it out. I selected several folders for it to ignore so that helped but then it went on to copy numerous icons from a few programs and other copy icons from programs that were installed on the computer. Took me a bit to delete all the crap so there were only pictures. The Videos went ok though. Sadly, I don't see a way to install the pictures on the AlbumSaver to another computer, and there's also no way to select more than one thing at a time to delete. What was nice is the one folder I wanted to save wouldn't fit on a DVD or a CD, and the AlbumSaver has space to spare. But would I recommend. Nah, can't say I would. I would prefer a ******* 1TB Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB 3.1 Flash Drive (USB Type-C / Type-A) instead.

I wish I’d checked with BBB first. I could have done what their software does by just copying all my picture to a $15 flash drive. I don’t need a subscription I’m paying for ICloud service. My 14 day return is running out and I haven’t received anything, not even an automated response. The restocking fee is 15% and there isn’t a contact phone number. Trust your instincts on this vendor…smells a little fishy. I will take the 15% loss, I would just like the rest (over $100) back. Please post this as a warning to others. ***** * Order#*****

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM ALBUMSAVER.COM The product was defective right out of the package. I have contacted them via their stupid email several times i was contacted through email and i added my info they asked for and absolutely nothing else has happened. I paid $114.00 for a defective product. I warn any one against buying this product or any product that has no phone number for contact. I told them i wanted a refund and i wouldn't give a bad review but since im getting zero response im going to try to keep as many people from this fraud as i can. I want my money back!! I feel so ripped off and so violated that it stresses me out to the core and my anger and pure frustration is through the roof. All i wanted was to store my photos off my phone. And not only am i out of my money I still have the same problem with my phone storage at 99% and i cant even buy another gadget from another company because this place wont give my refund for their non working crappy product. Id of been a custoer for life but im totally opposite and im out to stop people from buying from this company.. any of their products. I also seen they responsed to a customer complaint on here how they responded promptly to an email but its a lie because you can respond to an email with out actually being helpful in any sort of way which is exactly what they do.
