              I booked a flight for 3 pax from ********* to ******** with CheapOAir. They billed me 395 CAD with no check in baggage. I went to booking.com using the same airline, same itinerary, the fare for one individual is 109 CAD with 20 kg check in baggage. What kind of agency is CheapoAir. I called them several times. You wait hours on the phone. Finally you get a supervisor who says I should have asked how much is checked baggage fees. I used an agent from CheapOAir to help me with my booking. I now have to spend an additional 330 CAD for our check in baggage. For a 1.5 hour flight, I am paying 700 C CAD instead of 330 CAD taxes inclusive. Tell me what kind of review should this company deserve. I would warn anyone about using the agents of CheapoAir. It is better to book yourself online.

              Thank you for your feedback. Airline prices are very volatile and may have changed may times from when the tickets were purchased in August of last year. Baggage allowance is set by the individual airlines. Some airlines are now charging for things that were included with the ticket purchase in the past, such as baggage, meals and even seats. As an agency we have no voice in their decisions.

              We booked *********** in August last year to go to ******* tomorrow. In October, you sent ** an email indicating our flight times had changed. Fortunately, we were smart enough to go on the airline website to ensure everything was as scheduled, only to find out that the original flight times were posted. This had us confused, so we called both the airline and Cheapo air to confirm actual flight times. Turns out, airline website was correct. The customer service agent at ********************** indicated sometimes our website is not updated in time. Seriously???!!! You told us about the change in October! How long does it take to update? And the times didn't actually change!If we hadnt called, we would have missed our flight and likely a day or two of our vacation as well! This would not have been a good start to our vacation!Terrible customer service to say the least! Extremely disappointed! Will not use Cheapo air again!

              Thank your for your feedback. Many airlines are now charging for the ability to pre-assign seats. You can also wait until you check in for your flight and then seats will be assigned at no cost from what seats are then available.
