I booked a round trip for my mother ***** ******** ( the passenger) booking number ********. The return flight ( date 6/**/20) was canceled by the airline of which I received a notification. The notification also stated that no alternative is offered at the time. I tried multiple times reaching out to cheapoair trying to see what my options are several times I was on over over 60-80 min, a couple of times representatives picked up the call and after I provided my information they just hang up on my. Finally online I found an option to fill out a form. I submitted a form asking to refund the fee for the canceled flight. A couple of days after my credit card was charged additional $70. So my flight was canceled, I requested to return the money for the canceled flight instead of returning the money Cheapoair charged my card additional fee. I never agreed that the company keeps my card information on file and charge it without my authorization. I tried calling- was not successful getting any explanation, two times reps promised that someone will get back to me after they checked my account. One time I was able to get a call from a supervisor who advised that he will check on the additional fee charged from my card and will call back but he never did. Please help getting my money back. This company stole money from my account without my authorization and the company is refusing to return the fee for the canceled flight that I did not cancel. I paid for a service that was not provided and requested my money back. The company instead of returning the money charged me more.

Customer service nightmare over 4 months. I made my booking on March 7th for a round trip flight between two countries in Europe. I made a cancellation request on April 25th due to COVID-19. I expected the request to take time. That's understandable. After two months of waiting with no response, I started with phone calls to customer service. I was then escalated to a higher level customer service at the number ************. I think the goal of this phone line is to psychologically break the customer's will. The telephone line sounds like two tin cans strung together across a vast distance. The customer service reps sound like they're calling me from 1876, and speak at a volume too low to register by the human ear. Then come the hold times. They'll be like "hold for 5 mins please" and leave you there in silence for 30 minutes. Each time the result is the same: customer service claims they are unable to issue the refund pending contact from the airline. Even when I was told today that one leg of my trip was cancelled BY THE AIRLINE, the rep said they could not refund that flight until they "e-mail and receive a reply from the airline," citing another weeks long window of time to wait. It's a scam designed to make the customer give up. I will not give up. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company.
