Contacted customer service and was given a link to pay for my desired image. The link went directly to a confirmation of payment page, with no review of what I was purchasing. Once I accepted the term of payment and went through with the process, I went to my purchased items and it was the wrong image. NOWHERE did I actually select my image, and NOWHERE was a yes/no given if I was purchasing the actual image. This is very deceptive and has caused me to buy things I have 0 need for. I then contacted customer service, and was told they would do nothing and it wasn't their fault. At that point, I had accidentally closed the chat window with the customer service agent, and when I went to go back in, she wouldn't take the chat. I then emailed in requesting someone else's help, and again I got the same person. She told me it was my fault and that I don't make sense. This company has bad practices and no means or intentions to right the wrongs that they inflict. They refused to help, and blame the customer. They also make for a hostile environment as they have a single agent, that once on her bad side, there is no other solution as she backs you into a wall and forces her hand whilst belittling the customer. I have no intention to purchase again.

We have successfully solved the issue with the customer. The wrong image payment was refunded. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause to the customer.
