  I really liked the company until I found out that they back door you into a monthly subscription fee after paying a very large fee up front to help you re-write a resume and cover letter. Be aware when signing up with them it is in the small print of their packages. You also have to go through 5 different pages to remove the subscription it is insane!

  Talent Worldwide, Inc. , dba TOPRESUME at the same address is an absolute scam. They use AI and outsource outside the **** They meet 0 obligations. They claim you can meet the writers, that is a lie, you are assigned writers of their choosing in the tier you pay, for $300+, you should be meeting the writer of your choosing to collaborate and not plug into AI software and have an outsource company proof and miss typos. You will be paying to rewrite your own resume time and time again. A**@topresumedotcom claiming to be an expert - handles their customer service. They utilize *********. They may have been bought and sold, but this is still the platform used to scam people.

  I would give zero stars if I could. This company is a scam. They are not meeting their contractual obligations to their customers and the *********************** that they provide are no good for someone trying to find a new career. They need to be made to give money back to the customer if the customer can prove that they have applied to multiple jobs within the 60 day time frame for a resume rewrite and for the 30 days after the rewrite if they are facing the same issues.

  Advertises the ability to develop curriculum vitae with Chronicles of Higher *** However, the outcome clearly demonstrated their lack of knowledge in many areas. I was told a more experienced writer would take over, but unless they are all named "Violet", that did not occur. I could go on about the number of issues from changing my work as the educator of a skill to performing the skill myself and removing vital dates of licenses required to practice, but it's not worth it. They essentially falsely advertise and lack the skills to do the work. I wouldn't be surprised if they used AI. A refund should be provided, but I doubt they will comply.

  Review from ******* *.1 star 11/27/2024 ************ takes your funds and claims to know how to write a valuable resume that will be productive. The *** Searching System is used by most recruiters, to validate your resume, to check to see if it meets the needs to be seen at all. TopResume/Talent ********** claims on their site that they will beat the *** system. My resume was flagged on 18 different areas. I now have to re-write it to meet the standard for *** searches. I am looking for a full refund.

  Deadlines were not met, an appointment was missed entirely, and communications were poor. The services I paid for were not completed and there were no guidelines on how to do so - no roadmap of services. They refused a refund when requested for poor service. I do not recommend this company.

  I am a skilled professional who hired TopResume to give a new perspective on my resume. I was incredibly disappointed in their work product. They ignored key elements in my CV and focused on fluff material. (2024) I reached out to the company 6 times asking for a refund because the corrections I needed to make with the writer would take hours. (Spelling, Spacing, Punctuation, Key Skills that were not accurate, Key career achievements that were not accurate, etc.) I am a doctorally trained person with high capacity. I would NEVER recommend this company. They refused to offer a refund for the poor work they provided.

  This company is a FRAUD - they mis-represent the services provided. They claim that your resume will be written by an HR expert, but it was clearly ran though an ** tool. I know because I got a nearly identical result. I'm applying for an internship in my company that requires no background in the IT field, but because it lists the types of things you will be learning the ** tool will try and incorporate those skills into your resume, even though the listing clearly states this is for people w/ no IT experience. They clearly did not read the job posting and charged $300 to run the ** writing tool. The resume I sent them to work off of was better suited to the internship than the drivel they sent back to me.

  I paid $149 for an absolutely unusable trash resume that had a ton of factual errors and was reviewed by people in the industry who confirmed it was not usable, and they refuse to provide a refund. Do not trust them this is not expert written! I contacted them on the day they sent it on 7/23/24 by chat and I called them 7/24/24. I sent them several messages that have since been erased by them and are inaccessible. I explained the flaws in the resume, every page out of the 3 (1 is standard for newer professional, I don't have that much experience, graduated 2 years ago which is proof that this is not an expert doing this) & it had factual errors. I called and explained and they said sorry no refunds. The resume was so bad and I didn't get the expert quality I paid for. There were spelling errors including british spellings. The writer made up accomplishments which fabrications can get you rejected or later fired if they find out. After reviewing the resume they sent and showing it to everyone I knew who was up to date on current job trends, I confirmed that what they provided was bad and should not be used. TopResume will not refund and cancel the service. They want to re-assign the order to a "senior" writer even though I was promised an expert writer when I paid. I do not want another bad resume sent to me, I shouldn't have to provide so much feedback to make it decent when I am trying to pay a professional service to do that. Check Reddit they have terrible reviews confirming this is a scam company with bad quality. Their positive reviews seem to be incentivized. One factual error for instance, I was 17 in 2017 and not "achieving the highest NPS score globally for 2016 through implementation of a global operating system that facilitated hotspot identification and automated solutions." I am not even sure what that is. The header of the resume also says marketing manager, I have never done that, never said I did that, and my target job was assistant publisher.

  This experience has been horrible! I ordered a resume and their website blinked and knocked me out.. I then spent an 1.5 hours trying to speak to someone to assist me. I could not speak with a manager, I could not get sales to assist.. They wasted my time. I requested a cancellation, they said they cancelled it but I am not sure if it was done
