    This business use misleading verbiage to trick me into signing on their monthly subscription. I canceled the membership the first time and it did not reminder me they will take all unused credits (which I had over $200), and refuse to refund me after I reached out.They claim they warned for lost credit upon cancellation, but I did not see it when I first tried to cancel.I disputed my credit card but they still withhold $87 that is now no longer available under my account

    I have REPEATEDLY been charged MONTHLY for $42.69 erroneously for over 6 months and the website does not load and states "Hmmm can't reach this page... *********************** took too long to respond." So, when i get emails that I have placed an order when I HAVE NOT, I cannot go to the website to dispute.

    I ordered an item from dossier perfume (***********************) one time as a guest but have now realized I have been charged for a membership which I did not agree too. In fact, I do not have a membership number and each month the membership charge comes in as a purchase but no product is ever received. I sent an email to **************************** but have not received a reply. I would like to be reimbursed for these membership fees which were removed on 3/7/25, 4/7/25, and 5/7/25 and my membership cancelled.

    My daughter purchased a product (one bottle of perfume) from Dossier and was unknowingly enrolled in a subscription program (she was 17 at the time ... product has big appeal to minors). We now have amassed $400 in "credits" which we do not want. Instead I would like a refund. If I cancel the **** "membership" I forfeit all credits. This is absurd and I can see on BBB and Reddit alike that this company is a huge problem.

    For your reference, our Terms specifically state:

    I just got my credit card statement with a charge for an order from Dossier for $42.69. I did not place this order that I know of & have no intention of ordering anything again. It was ordered May7, 2025. This order should have been delivered if there was an actual order & no signs of it. I do not have a clue how this occurred. I have sent two email messages to the help site with no response & one to another site . There are no phone numbers that I could find. I asked Siri on my phone for a number. One was provided. I dialed it Surprise. No longer in service. This is fraud the way I see it. The only reason I ever bought anything from Dossier was because a granddaughter requested it for Christmas. I need your help to get my money back. I am contacting my bank tomorrow. I have waited only to give Dossier a chance to remedy this. Thank you.

    I made a purchase from Dossier in December 2024 for a Christmas gift. Every month since, I have had a charge for $42.28 on my **** bill but nothing was ordered. I see online that many others have had this issue and it is a scam they perpetrate against unsuspecting customers. I want these charges refunded immediately and recurring charges stopped. And I would like to have this practice discontinued so others are not scammed in the future.

    I ordered from dossier probably 2 months ago and paid for my goods and now 2 months later my credit card is being charged by them on March 19th when i never made a purchase with them.

    I ordered from this site as a one time authorization. They signed me up for membership without my knowledge. ***** was taken from my account. I contacted them to let them know I need a refund and that I did not signed up for membership. The email told me to adjust my membership online and they'd help me. Then once I cancelled it online, they sent another email stated they couldn't return my money because cancelling the membership forfeited my refund. So they kept my money also. I jst want my money back that they took without my authorization.

    I purchased only one perfume from this place and now am being charged every month 42 dollars!!! I never signed up for a subscription. This is a terrible buisness.

    Received an email from ************************* at 2:00 AM confirming an order AND a D+ subscription that I did not make. This is very strange since I dont have an account with them: I purchased some perfumes as a guest only. Whats going on with Dossiers comms teams in *** or *******?
