Auction houses/Sellers on our platform typically email you an invoice with payment instructions within 24 to 48 hours of the end of the auction. Invoices will typically contain a blue “Pay Now” button that can be used to check out via LiveAuctioneers using a credit card.
Refund and Exchange Policy

Cancel & Returns: In order to cancel a sale or return an item, please contact the auction house directly. Please note that as LiveAuctioneers is just a facilitator for the auction, the cancellation of a sale is at the sole discretion of the auction house.

Refund: Each auction house on our platform sets their own terms and conditions for their sale, which includes policies and information relating to refunds and returns. As this is dictated by each seller, and can differ from auction to auction, we advise all of our users to consult the terms and conditions of the auction you wish to participate in for further information on those policies.

    "PREDATORY CHARGES AFTER THE SALE:4% credit card fees (highest out there), shipping charges not based on the cost of shipping, but based on the cost you paid for the item, regardless of the fact that a box, shipping supplies, shipping costs (outside of insurance), are the same.
