      I am absolutely appalled at the poor customer service that ******************** provides. I have been waiting for the shipment of my bed and mattress for almost a month now from a third party delivery service that Casper works with. I was nice when they rescheduled my delivery the first time, frustrated when they rescheduled a second time, and absolutely angry when they rescheduled this third time. I have been without a bed in my new home for about a month and have been sleeping on the couch, canceling all plans to wait on this bed and staying home from work. I believed that this frustration was enough for Casper to understand why I would want a refund on the costs of delivery and set-up. However, when I called Casper today to explain the situation, I was denied the refund. I was not asking for a refund on the entire purchase but rather the delivery and set-up that I wish I never did. It is an absolute shame that Casper would not try to provide even a basic level of customer service. Because of this experience, I will never recommend Casper to anyone else.

      Casper is horrible to deal with, my first time contacting them after a return wasn't refunded I was greeted with a horrible condescending message saying I wouldn't be refunded. No proof no questions no anything do not recommend I'm stuck out $4500 and no products.

      Over $1,300 worth of damage done by the Casper delivery team, 2 broken adjustable bases delivered (waiting on a third), unresponsive customer service, then.... someone from the Casper store in ************* ** told their friend about my case, and their friend began sending me threatening messages on *********. This has truly been an insane experience. Going to the news next.
