    I received a notification that I was going to be charged $276 dollars and have been for 3 years while not using the app ever (my fault). I cancelled the same day and the payment went through still and now they wont issue me a refund. Rip off and s*** company.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and sincerely apologize for any frustration experienced by the customer. It has never been, and never will be, ArtPlacer's intention to charge our subscribers for a service they do not wish to ****** this case, the charge in question was the third annual renewal of the subscription, processed on the same date as the previous two years. As part of our standard practice, we send a reminder email 30 days before the renewal date to ensure our users are informed in advance. The cancellation request was received after the charge had already been processed.While our refund policy remains in place, we want to offer a fair resolution. We are willing to close the account and maintain the $276 as credit for the customer should they choose to return in the future.Additionally, we encourage all communications to remain amicable and respectful. While we understand frustration can arise, foul language will not be tolerated under any circumstances.We remain committed to providing transparent and positive experiences for all our users.
