    I am rating this 1 star because I cant leave 0 stars but this place is TERRIBLE. Here are the three reasons for my rating:1. Unfair business practices/misrepresentation/false advertising. I purchased my package via Groupon for 1 large area and 1 small area. I intended to do a *********(large area) and my underarms (small area). After arriving I am told that a ********* does not include the bikini line. So I decided to do a *********(large area) and my bikini line (small area). I am then told that the bikini line, despite being simply 1-3 inches outside of the large area, does not count as a small area and that I would have to pay an addl $500+ for the bikini area. I was already there so I paid it but I surveyed a few places and this is not customary of other laser places as the ********* always includes the bikini line. It is clear they are simply trying to get customers to book their appts and then spend more money upon arrival by making this arbitrary distinction between small and large areas.2. Terrible customer service/lack of professionalism. I arrived at 5:38 for my appt and was informed that the person would not be available for another 45 minutes. In addition to having to wait another 45 minutes I am given an attitude when asking for the technicians next availability. No apologies for this inconvenience/no compensation for my time wasted, just an attitude. 3. They cannot guarantee your appt with a specific technician. At any location for personal services you can always ask for a specific technician. Here, they tell you they cannot guarantee your appt with a specific technician which you are not informed of when you call to schedule your first appt nor is it stated on their website. I strongly suggest paying full price at any of the many laser spas in the city. Save yourself the attitude/inconvenience/lack of professionalism/sneaky business practices.
