30 Days Return Policy:

Ifyou need to return merchandise for any reason not an issue we willgladly take it back, you will receive full credit less shipping costpaid by you for your merchandise, under the following conditions asoutlined below.

Please Note:

Special orders may not be returned or exchanged, at any time, and without exception.
All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Noreturns will be allowed and all sales are final after the 30-day returnperiod we do offer warranty and lifetime guarantee on our product so noworries.
All items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered orresized or reset by any other 3rd party Jeweler) and packaging, with theoriginal diamond certificate (if delivered with your original order).If your return item was originally delivered with a diamond certificateand you do not return that certificate, you may be charged a $250replacement fee.
All return items must have a Return Merchandise number entered on thereturn label. You can email us and request a Return Merchandise Code. Noitem will be returned without an authorized Return Merchandise Code.

Allreturn items must be securely packaged, insured and shipped,with therequired accompanying documentation, via any Shipping method you wantuse i.e. Fedex,USPS or UPS, please take insurance and tracking no withsignature confirmation so we can receive it with proof of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.
Thank you for adhering to these policies. Once we have received andaccepted your return, your refund will be processed within 2 days ofreceipt and acceptance.
