    I purchased a gold chain through **** in this company. The same day I recieved the chain I returned it to the ***** Never even took the chain out if the box.. I thought it was too small.. nor what I was looking for so I paid for the postage and sent it back. I called after a week and they started giving me the run around so I called my bank. They returned my money and then after a week they debited riptide again saying the company hadnt received it. I called the company in ******** and gave me the runaround again saying they had a lot of packages to go through and didnt know if it was there. I called again a week later and they said they had closed my claim. Saying my bank had the money which my bank says is an outright lie. Bank statement can prove they have my money $1060.69 . I dont think its fair that they should steal my money this way. I need.any type of help to get it back. I am an honest person and would never keep something that wasnt mine. Please help.

    The buyer, ***********************, bought a necklace, and first, she claimed that she did not get the package.  We have provided the shipping information, proof of delivery and signature,  and we are attaching the information to this message as well. She received and signed for the package.

     

    Then, she claimed that she returned it,  but when we asked us, how, when, and what shipping method she used, she could not answer at all.  What is the tracking number for the return? When did it get delivered and signed for the package by us? We have not received any package from this buyer, but she claims about a return and refund. Both the bank and **** decided in our favor,  we are also attaching the proof of the decision.

     

    This claim is baseless,  made at the expense of an honest seller.  She cannot  answer any questions about the return.  Otherwise, we all shop around online, and ask for refunds from all sellers by claiming that we have returned them!
