I was recommended to Circa from a ********* **** ****** here in *** *****. I Contacted them via email and then received a call from Elizabeth K****** the following morning. Which was 6:30 my time, witch I did not take. When I got up I called her back and was to she was with a customer. I never received a call so I called again and asked if I could speak to her and she had left for the day. So I asked to speak someone else. That person again never called me back. So now I had to wait till Monday to speak to someone. Monday comes and I had to call again to speak to Elizabeth. I was told that she was going to email me a 2 day insured shipping label for a 1.77 carrot with 35 extra diamonds and 10.2 grams of gold engagement ring and wedding band. I was told that I will get a call when they received it and then it will be looked at and an offer will be made. If I take the offer they will immediately send me a check, if not it will be sent back to be 2 day with insurance. They made me a ridiculous offer of $1,200.00. There was $422.00 in gold alone on this ring and a clarity of VS1. I have received offers of $6,500.00. So I told them I wanted them back. A whole day goes by and I hear nothing so I call again. Elizabeth tells me that it as going out on Thursday and that tracking info will be emailed to me. I never receive it, now she is telling me that is going out Insured Ground on Friday which it is now 4:00 their time and I still have not received this info. I asked why it was going Ground when I was told it would be 2 day and she said she wasn't sure. Someone who has worked there for three years doing this should know they exact process. But she had no clue. Now I have someone interested in the ring and I have to wait a week to get it back on top of wasting a lot of time with this Company. I did this same thing with another company and did not have one problem. The rings went out next day air and came back the same way. The whole thing took 3 days. Now it is coming up on a week and my wrings still have not been mailed out and it is going Ground which should take about a week. Do not trust this company, they have no idea as to what they are doing and their Customer Service is not what it should be,
