Will not let me withdrawal my money. I moved towns and got a new bank. I updated my bank info and verified it. I made a $6,000 deposit. Made an investment. A few weeks later I got about a $500 payout. Tried to withdrawal, rejected. Tried again the next day, rejected.I'm being told I have to withdrawal to my old bank account... What!? First, the money I'm withdrawing has nothing to do with that account. Second, my new account is verified. I just put $6,000 in from there a few weeks before. Now they're saying I either have to provide proof of my old account being closed or wait 60 days.Sounds more like they are holding onto my money for their own use. Between late last year and early this year, Webull Financial had a few new accounts promotions that didn't exclude joint account in the promotion terms and later they deny the promotion bonus.I've had a couple unsuccessful attempts in resolving this issue with their customer service, first time they denied my request in the email because of the joint account. After I point out their terms didn't exclude joint account, they made up a new reason that my account isn't a cash or margin account, which is totally ******** claim is simply asking them to follow their own terms for the promotions.Business Response

A Webull account was created about 3 years ago but have not been active on it. About 2 months ago, I decided to start trading through their mobile app and transferred $600 from my banking account to **************************** a successful transfer, I attempted to use the said funds to purchase a stock but was greeted with message stating there was a restriction on my account. After many frustrating attempts to get answers from Webull, I finally received a message from them stating that the restriction was due to long period of non activity. In addition, was told to wait until the funds are transferred to the Washington state unclaimed property department. My question to Webull is why did they allow me to transfer funds from my bank to their account when it's clear that I cannot do anything with it, including transferring it back to my bank? I've been checking the unclaimed property website and it does not show this. Also, according to Webull website / app, the aforementioned amount is still posted there. I have means to get access to MY MONEY! BBB - Please assist in this matter. I've contacted Webull on many occasions and it appears that I am receiving a computer generated response.Business Response

Transaction Date is 1/24/25.I have deposited several amounts in this month over $10,000. However, on 1/24/25, a deposit of $700 was made. Generally, when a good faith violation occurs in a trading account, ********************** advises the customer and on the third GFV, they don't let you use your unsettled funds to trade. At this point, I already received 3 GFV's which restricts me from using any unsettled funds.Fair enough. But on 1/24/25, I rolled my options contract to the following week expiration date. During this transaction, it used the unsettled funds due to WeBull's system error that they have been trying to fix for years. Their system doesn't allow you to use unsettled funds to trade but when it comes to rolling the options, they apparently have system limitations that don't stop the customers from using the unsettled funds and doesn't even warn the customers that you are using unsettled funds to roll the options.This happened with me as well on 1/24/25. I didn't know that my rolling options were using unsettled funds therefore, I received the 4th GFV which restricts me to open any new positions until 90 days *********, how is this my fault that I should be penalized for WeBull's lack of controls being in placed? This is not a fair practice.I spoke to the customer service team and they acknowledged that they have system limitations and that they are still working on it. In all fairness, they should remove my 90 days trading restrictions but they are not willing to do so.Please help resolve my issue. Many thanks.Business Response

I have been trying to delete this account since last year. I invested ******. I cannot access the account, the original bank info is being rejected , now they sent a request for me to upload my ID and SSN. This is way more difficult than what it should be. The account is linked to my ********************** ************** *f I am asking for a cash out and a close, the original info used is where everything will settle to, I do not understand what the problem is, and I do understand this is set up this way on purpose to be difficult. I am contacting the ************************ and am placing a review here for documentation purposes. I have reached out to ********************************** and ****************************************** and get regular statements from ************************************* since 4/2023. I have reset the password multiple times. I am not giving this company ****** for free. This is a scam, it should not be this hard. Hello. I have an account with ********************** with ***** shares/stocks. I put an order in on November 14, 2024 to sell 27 shares at $ ******. However, the next morning on November 15, 2024 the order was filled at $******. This is completely wrong because I set it at $ ****** and the Tesla price did not go under $ ****** a share on November 15, 2024. This is completely unfair and corrupt on WeBull's side. Who would want to sell their shares at $ ****** when the price has gone up to $ ****** since. It's very simple. I put an order at $ ****** to sell ***************************************** price. It didn't go down to $ ****** as WeBull says. The lowest price was $ ******. I want my 27 shares restored back into my account. My account should say 77 shares. This was an obvious error on WeBull's behalf and *** in customer service and ****** at the ********************** support email have refused to acknowledge the error. I appreciate webull's referral bonus program, and never had a problem until the promotion ending October 31st. I had enough friends sign up to earn the draw for 300 or *****, but the bonus didn't post. When I inquired, I was told the promotion ended on October 28, which is not accurate.
