    4/11/2025 Trading in the futures market with ************ MNQmain with an open position of 26 I hit close position, amount total followed by sell all... instead of doing as required I was met with sell failed and had to reopen the sale and when that was done instead of a sale of 26 which was my open position I was hit with a sale of 56 which took all of my equity and sent me into a short position on a rallying stock. When I called and reported the issue to webull financial and had this escalated to upper management they said because I have previously traded in a similar way it must have been intentional and to put it nicely that I should get bent. I have reached out multiple times since and have had my calls ignored to the tune of waiting on the phone for several hours for a transfer to the futures department. I have also been told that this is my issue because of the waiver signed that states any technology issue is on the customer not them as a company. They have mad allusions to the fact that without a screen recording it doesn't matter even though they came that they can see every aspect of that trade and refuse to show that. If i could leave any more negative of a review I would the level of customer service and disrespect shown is absurd in the max.

    Webull has locked me out of my account for no reason with no ability to get back in. This has precluded from buying stocks over the last week when I very much wanted to. Despite many many attempts I get no help. I had changed my phone number from ************ a month ago. So I opted to verify using my email, using Plaid, using my bank account and social. All verified. Still it tells me no and locks me out because the number isnt registered. Then it says the email (that is my login and theyve emailed me many times on) isnt registered. Which is false.They also baited me in with a deceptive promo for fractional shares. When asked where they were they said it took 90 days to receive. At 90 days they then said 180. Now I cant even get into my account, buy, sell, get my money or even get communication. I will be reporting them to the ************************ next. This is absolutely insane.

    Webull rejected multiple times to transfer the money that I own even if I have already provided the account ownership proof of my account. I demand my money immediately to be transferred out to the account that I desired.

    My ****** trading account was compromised, and someone used my account information to make trades in the stock market. I reached out to my bank to resolve this issue, and they advised me to contact Webull. However, Webull provided me with an incorrect email address, making it impossible for me to get in touch with them. I am now trying to figure out the best way to recover my money. It has been months since this issue occurred, and I still have not received any communication from Webull.

    I was contacted by **** about opportunity that could be mine, and then **** contacts me through telegram and says wonderful news. I hear you're interested in making some money and I said OK what do I have to do. She explained to me that it's called tasks I will be performing tasks and getting paid $10 per task. All I have to do is subscribe to various ******* channels and the tasks are posted up on another VIP account on telegram. So the way it works. Is you go to their VIP Telegram account and they post up these tasks every 20 minutes, which entails subscribing to ******* channels. Then you take a screenshot of the channel I subscribed to as proof that I subscribed to the channel and send it to receptionist **** and she keeps track of money owed to me. Now there are also VIP tasks available send in $100 and in 20 minutes they send you back 130+30 for the VIP transaction. My first *** task was for $50 and they sent me back $65, so l made $15 bucks real quick and I thought wow that was cool, so then I sent $100 in and then they convince me to do a double VIP task so l had to complete the second part of the task in order to withdraw funds and that second task was for $300, so I'm promised to get $360 back +30. So then I speak with ****** because he's my teacher that's what they called him a teacher and I told ****** l've already done both VIP task the hundred dollar task the $300 task plus l've already done about 200 "free tasks" on ******* task at $10 each. so that's $2000 that my receptionist **** has recorded for me and ****** my teacher has $400 of my cash. OK now I'm trying to cash out and ****** comes up with another story that something went wrong and have to do a $1500 task in order to fix issue, so I send in $1500 so I can withdraw my money. ****** says that my credit with Webull went from 100 to 90, so in order to bring it back up to 100 l have to send $3500 in. Then Ill be able to withdraw over $14,500 obviously I have been scammed robbed actually.

    I deposited $1000 into the account to try out the app months ago because the app had good reviews of 4.7 stars on Apple store. Since doing so I have been unable to get a response from customer service at all at ********************** about how to retrieve my funds. There is no option within the app to send the money back my bank account.

    I have been using the Webull platform for a number of years. I regularly receive emails and messages from the platform for notification purposes. Recently, I have been charged $11 for 'paper confirmation fee'. This fee occurs when they are unable to send an email.However, after calling them, they were quickly able to send an email. The reason this is important to me is because my account went from around +$5, to $-6. A negative balance means I will be on margin call (not good for trading).I was not warned of this fee nor signed up for it. There has been no attempts to mesage me on the platform. They have tried to send an email back in February 2025 and charged the fee one month later. Had I known the email situation, I would have been able to pay the fee.I have also not received any physical copy in the mail. Also, this fee is charged by their clearing firm, not the platform. So the fee is irrelevant to the platform itself.Also, I am unsure as to why they have charged me 3 times in a row. They did not explain this reasoning at all or have made an effort to do so.

    Preventing me from adding a debit card and transferring using some shady third party service called Astra. Unavailable to fix the issue. No option to do it online. The whole situation reeks. Sending verification codes with 666 in it and other weird trolling going on.

Which means they are also highly likely to be affiliated with **************, *************, ***********, etc.) All major software Chinese monopolists and bourgeoisie incorporated diplomats and demigod-like entities that have so much bureaucratic power that they literally dilate time itself. I understand *** has sweatshops in *****. And I understand ******* has been put on the **** So, when will these companies learn to stop harvesting user data? How hard is it just to leave the kids and their families alone in *******? 57% of ************** are Asians. And 21.7% of these self proclaimed entrepreneurs are immigrants. When will they learn? That your actions have consequences. You do not get to control my internet protocols. If I want to buy a computer. I am allowed to do so. If I want to purchase a microphone. I shall not be impeded. And, if I want to work somewhere and not be exploited, that is my God given, unalienable American right. Which is what these Technocratic Elite companies want to do. Strip away and infringe on all of my amendment civil rights. If I am a frequent customer, I should get special privileges. While understanding familiarity breeds contempt. Fish and visitors smell in two days. And that; Not withstanding, my rights shall not be impeded upon. And my hard earned cashed, imposed upon. That especially includes my privacy rights. China has no right to know what my bank account information is just as much as *****, ************, and particular ******. I have every right to call someone a clown if they are acting like one. And I have every God given American right to express distaste for a company that conducts itself like a circus. For when it is dressed like a software company that advertises benefits when it is actually a hindrance upon innovation. Finally, we all need to put food on the table.     Will not let me withdrawal my money. I moved towns and got a new bank. I updated my bank info and verified it. I made a $6,000 deposit. Made an investment. A few weeks later I got about a $500 payout. Tried to withdrawal, rejected. Tried again the next day, rejected.I'm being told I have to withdrawal to my old bank account... What!? First, the money I'm withdrawing has nothing to do with that account. Second, my new account is verified. I just put $6,000 in from there a few weeks before. Now they're saying I either have to provide proof of my old account being closed or wait 60 days.Sounds more like they are holding onto my money for their own use. I'm going to shop for another app and pull all my money from them. This is ridiculous.
