I had a renewal withdrawn from my PayPal a month in advance of policy expiration and without authorization. When a refund was requested, all that was sent was a small amount likely representing the last month of the active policy. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting for the refund. Called and was told they would try to expedite it.

It was extremely easy to go online and remove one of my vehicles from the policy since it was sold. Then very efficiently a representative sent me an email confirming the removal.
