    I requested legal advice via *****************, and I was asked to make payment, which I did. $49 to the the Law Offices of ************************************************ After this, hearing nothing back, I asked to get a refund or to get the consultation scheduled. Neither event has occurred. I have filed a note with **** of America to lodge a disputed charge claim for the fee I paid for which no services were delivered. I hereby wish to lodge a public notice that this legal firm, nor their agent my attorneyusa,com is a credible business.

    First and foremost, please allow me to apologize on behalf of our Firm for the negative experience you had with **. It seems that, due to a technical error, your requests have never made it to it to the right person. I have processed the refund of $49 and it will be returned back to your card within 24 hours.(screenshot attached). Once again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience.
