    On 12/11/24 I purchased Pursonic electric UV toothbrush for a Christmas present for $48.14. Order #******. After 2 weeks, the toothbrush stopped working. I reached out to this company on 1/14/25 for assistance. I did receive a response the next day without resolution and no one will respond to my messages. I even tried contacting them through social media. I just want a refund or a replacement.

    The end of May 2024, I received an item I ordered called ************* operated Waterless Aroma Diffuser. Within weeks, the product quit working. On June 20, I spoke to a man named ***, explained the problem and he said he would send a replacement and I should receive in a couple of weeks. It is now July and I have not received a replacement or a refund.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Pursonic, LLC regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The company sent me a replacement, however, that item was defective as well.  I'm just marking this up as a loss and this company deserves a zero in product quality and customer service.  It is not worth my time to get them to do the right thing.  If they haven't responded to you, I would more than likely receive a refund.  I give them a zero as a review and hope that no other customer gets ripped off by them.

    I purchased a pursonic toothbrush on 1/25/2023. This toothbrush was purchased through Fingerhut for $59.99 Order # *************. The charging base started smoking and had burning smell in December 2023. *********'s warranty had already expired but Pursonic has a one year warranty. I called the company in December and they told me all of the information I had to send them. I sent them everything they needed. I've emailed several different people, I re sent all of the information several times upon request. I've called again. I believe they are waiting out the warranty. Their contact info is *************************************************** ************ I would really like either a replacement or my money back.

    The food composter I purchased in 12/22 stopped working on July 2023. I contacted customer support, which requires an online post and a wait to be contacted back. I submitted my request on 8/28/22, and had several email exchanges with **** ***** at samsonicusa.com. He said someone would reach out to me for troubleshooting. I responded to him multiple times since then and no one responds, and so one has called me. I have submitted two more requests through their website for support and have gotten no response. Now the warranty period will be expired in a couple of weeks and this product has not worked for 5 of the ******************************** and it is not acceptable.

    On July 11, 2023, I purchased a diffuser (order # *****) from ************************************* for $25.97.The package arrived on July 12, 2023, reflected under **** tracking number:********************** (attachment "Order #*****.pdf").I used my ******* Mastercard to pay for this purchase.Upon arrival, I discovered I was sent the wrong item.I sent two emails on July 13, 2023; one from the "Contact Us" segment of their website, and one to the email listed on my receipt, ********************** (attachment Pursonic 1.pdf)I was contacted by ************ ***** on July 13, 2023, and I was asked to send pictures of the item I received (attachment Pursonic 2.pdf).I replied on July 13, 2023, and sent four pictures of the item, plus the box's shipping label (attachment Pursonic 3.pdf).After not receiving a reply, on July 15th, I sent a 2nd email explaining this was for a friend's birthday and I need to know if I'll be sent the correct item or not (attachment Pursonic 4.pdf).I have not received a reply to my last two emails.The item remains unopened. I'm trying to return this diffuser for a refund.

    2/4/2023 Purchase Pursonic S330 Rechargeable Toothbrush, stop working 5/5/2023 contacted Pursonic by phone on 5/8/2023. emailed purchase invoice as requested on 5/8/2023. Was told i would receive an email with the tracking number for my replacement. after a week i called Pursonic back to find out what was going on with the replacement and was told it was running late, Now after 39 days of no replacement and nothing but excuses I'm tired of getting the run around this company has no intentions of backing up their warranty .

    I bought a pursonic aroma and it won't work. The store won't take it back or exchange it. I was told to contact the company and no one will call or anything to try and fix this situation. I'm a single mom of 3 boys on disability and was finally able to buy something for myself and this is what I have to go through.

    I purchased a S430 toothbrush in October 2022 and it broke within a month. I reached out to the company via a contact form on their website. I did receive a response back fairly quickly from **** ***** (sales executive) agreeing to send me a brand new replacement. That was on 11/22/2022. I emailed him back asking what information they needed in order to send the replacement and have not received a response back despite numerous attempts on my end.
