      I had the opportunity to have a conversation with Kristie(?) which she used verbiage that caught my attention, I listened, was very interested in what was said and now I needed more information as I was a SOLD acct, but I didn't want them to know. (haha) Then Noah S. and Nora C. have been not only informative, caring, looking out for our small business and $$$ we could be saving by switching to their company!!! Three very knowledgeable, communicative, listening skills, understanding what I would like, and then most importantly following through with their words to produce a product for our company to use.       Been with Ameta for about 9 months now. I was skeptical at first, didn't think I needed a middleman. I'm very happy that I did go them, ****** is always there to fix my mistakes and deal with the *********** I would highly recommend them. ******* liquor store, *********, **

      Ameta has been amazing with customer service. *** never gave up on us when we were so busy we didn't have time to make the transition, and **** has been incredible helping us with any issues we may have created. We have a small business and are involved with a nonprofit, and Ameta has helped both immensely. Customer service in our business is key, and this was what sold us on Ameta, and why we look forward to working with them for years to come!

      I was very happy with the service I received from *****. ****** was especially helpful with my problem and solved it in 5 minutes. He gave me his direct phone number and said to call any time I had a question.

      I would give this company 10 stars if it was possible ! I have never had such amazing customer service my in my entire life! I have received such excellent, over-the-top, customer service from simple things like paper rolls to and emergency overnighted weekend service! Extremely prompt response to any issues and even reach out just to check in from time to time! Ive had at least 6 different credit card companies and nobody even comes close ! No gimmicks , no BS ! Complete straightforward and honest company! I have referred them to many of my own friends and business owners. Im not a Review person .. but these people deserve a huge shout out! Youd be a fool not to call them today and get on board!Cannot love this company enough!

      The staff at Ameta clearly showed where the saving would come from compared to the service I was using. ***** and **** guided me though all of the details required for programming the machines to my business's operating preference. After the first month my merchant services cost dropped significantly. Their PCI compliance process is full integrated into the company's on line report site and was relatively simple. I highly recommend them
