Dear *********** am writing to formally file a complaint against Doola, a company that claims to provide business formation and compliance services. I engaged their services to handle my companys annual tax filing and paid them $2,000 for this service. However, after receiving the payment, the company has failed to fulfill its obligations and has stopped responding to my inquiries.Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, I have received no response or resolution. This lack of accountability and failure to deliver services has resulted in financial loss and potential legal consequences for my business. Additionally, upon reviewing ****** reviews and online complaints, I discovered that many other businesses have faced similar issues with Doola. Numerous customers have reported being scammed in the same waypaying for services that were never delivered, followed by a complete lack of communication from the company. This pattern of fraudulent behavior suggests a larger issue that warrants immediate investigation. I kindly request that your office investigate this matter and take appropriate action to hold Doola accountable. Additionally, I seek guidance on any legal recourse available to recover my losses.I am attaching all necessary proofs, including copies of invoices, email communications, proof of payment, and any other relevant documents that substantiate my claim. Please let me know if any additional information is required.( *************************************************************************************** )Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.Sincerely************* **********Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
Key Points to Address in Your Response:
Contradictions in Their Claims
If they claim to be a transparent and trustworthy company, why do multiple customers report the same issue?
If they were willing to process a $2,003 transaction, why would they hesitate over $65? This inconsistency raises doubts about their integrity.
Pattern of Complaints
Its not just a single mistakemultiple businesses have reported facing the same issues.
The pattern of complaints indicates a systemic issue rather than an isolated error.
Suspicious Reviews
A quick scan of their ****** reviews shows repetitive complaints about the same problems.
Many positive reviews seem generic or scripted, raising concerns about their authenticity. To be clear, I have all the necessary proof to back up my claims. I urge other affected customers to share their experiences on platforms like ****** Reviews, Trustpilot, so that others dont fall into the same trap.
In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely,

We are **************** and wished to open an LLC in *************. We came across company "Doola" who provides services of opening LLC and also apparently do the total compliance including assistance in tax filings. We purchased their total compliance package. Initial experience was good till our company was formed. Gradually when we started to seek more assistance from them, they stopped responding completely. I have emails with multiple reminders (6 reminders in total) and there is no response. I have opened tickets with their customer support and there is no response. The only response I get from their chat executive who is also my account manager, but he too isn't of much help. He asked me to schedule call with their *** which I did but the *** cancelled the call minutes before it was suppose to happen. Then he asked me to book again which I did (screenshot attached) and now the chat agent says he is OFF till 18th and so book again.I have paid $1859 for their 1 year service but now I feel they will not be able to provide any service. I have given them option to keep the money for the services they have provided so far and refund me the remaining balance. They are not incompliance with the services they have promised to offer. Their phone number does not provide any human interaction and their online system is broken. There is no escalation point to get resolution. I have tried to post on their Linkedin account, on their ******* X platform too.If Business does not offer me the refund, my next action will be to dispute the transaction with my bank. Thank you.Business Response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that the resolution provided in the form of a partial refund is acceptable at this point. However, the documents generated by Doola doesn't seem to be acceptable by the Major US banks and there are a lot of shortcomings. I might open a new complaint if they fail to respond to my emails as they are known for. This complaint can be closed.Thank you.
Sincerely,
