Relationship: Client Project Date: August 2021 NYKB renovated three of our bathrooms that were damaged by water leaks. It was an extensive, expensive and lengthy project. I would add stressful.NYKB honored their guarantees. ***************************, Noy Portal and their team quickly responded to inevitable minor issues well after the job was completed. Everything was resolved quickly and without any further costs.There's something good to be said about a company that remains available years after the work is paid and finished!Nice job.

NYKB did a amazing job renovating our apartment. We initially hired them to renovate our 3 bed/3 bathrooms and kitchen and part way through the project purchased a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property next door and contracted them to combine the apartments and completely renovate that space as well. The designer I worked with understood my vision. The project manager **** was very professional, responsive and a steady presence throughout the renovation that took almost 2 years. The contractors ( ****/****) were really good, they didn't cut corners and made sure I was happy every step of the way. We are really happy with the workmanship, quality and responsiveness of the customer service. They have been very good about fixing any small issues that come up post renovation. With NYKB I believe you get what you pay for in terms of quality , service and a coordinated effort with all members of their team which means minimal headache/stress for the client. Most issues that we had were mostly either supply chain issues ( Post covid) or delays with our condo/DOB approvals but NYKB did what they could to minimize this. The end result is beautiful and we are really happy with the finished product.NYKB

NYKB is a high end renovation company that I chose for a kitchen and bath project on my apartment. I bought my apartment 40 years ago and it needed a major renovation. I did a fair amount of due diligence before selecting them for my project. They were by far the most responsive of the firms that I met with. They were willing to meet in my apartment within a few days. We met in my apartment; discussed the project and then met in their offices a few days later to view computer generated ideas of what the finished project would look like. Selecting them for the renovation was a great decision. They have a fantastic staff that helped transform an aging apartment into a beautiful modern apartment. They handled the approval process with my building’s board, assigned a designer and project manager to work with me throughout the project and made useful suggestions throughout the project with ideas that improved the project. These ideas included new floors, new heating system and major electrical/lighting upgrades. By the end of the project, they had transformed an old apartment into a beautiful modern apartment. Buying the apartment 40 years ago was a wonderful decision and upgrading the apartment with NYKB was a similar experience/decision. Special thanks to Sarah (designer), Michael (project manager), Victor (handled a lot of the construction), and Perry (head of the firm). I appreciate your efforts and I am grateful for your help designing and transforming my apartment into a beautiful modern apartment. *********NYKB

We had a great experience working with Sarah and Michael at NYKB. We did a kitchen remodeling, flooring, paint, and lighting fixture update throughout the entire 2 Bed Apartment. Sarah has to be one of the most patient people I've ever met...she so chill but organized and responsive. Michael is such a kind and hardworking person and I appreciated his regular status updates. All of the work is itemized, so budget, time and change orders are clear. The entire project remained on schedule even with me throwing in a few things along the way, of which they were also so incredibly patient with. What an awesome crew! We are definitely planning to work with them for future projects and I look forward to referring them to friends and colleagues.NYKB

My bathroom was stuck in the ****s. in researching for a contractor, NYKB got top notch reviews and I can see why. Located in the Flatiron District, NYKB was easy to get to. They demonstrated the utmost professionalism and had the industry insight necessary to get the job done. From the first contact with designing, to the last shelf installation, they knew how to execute what I envisioned as a modern *** bathroom. I have no regrets. Thank you NYKB. Since it's been a while that I have lived in my apartment, my kitchen cabinets had paint and wood peeling off and my kitchen was looking a bit outdated so I began thinking about renovating the entire kitchen instead of just replacing the cabinets. After searching on ****** for the best kitchen renovation company in ***, I found NYKB which was the company with the most years of experience in the industry. I decided to give them a call and they invited me to come to visit their beautiful showroom downtown to discuss the expenses and the materials of the project, as well as what the process would entail.I knew exactly what I wanted my new kitchen to look like so I showed some pictures from a kitchen I saw on Instagram to their designer, ***, and she helped me pick out the right tiles, cabinets, and materials that would be suitable for the kitchen. After our meeting, *** created a 3D drawing based on our discussion and the items we picked and walked me through how the project is going to be managed.Once the project started, ********, the project manager was always at the scene, making sure everything was going as planned. Every time I had any concerns, I texted ******** and he responded right away with the professionalism and made sure the problem was fixed!Although we had some bumps along the way with the whole process (that's how any construction is), I truly recommend NYKB! I have received endless compliments from all my guests - My dream kitchen is perfect!!!NYKB
