    I absolutely love my new kitchen. I had wanted to renovate for a few years. Its a complete transformation. I had some electrical issues that they fixed due to the fact that this building was old. My place is better than it was before on the inside and out. SO much easier to handle garbage and recycling with my new pull out bins. I researched them and many other companies, including the possibility of an independent contractor. Go to their instagram. The photos say it all. You will be in good hands with NYKB.

    I had major water damage across all the floors in my apartment due to a dishwasher leak. Not only did the floors have to be replaced, there was also a mold issue and the existing subfloor had to be removed and replaced. ****** ******* ******* *** **** managed the whole process and pushed hard to move as fast as possible even during the holidays. ******* provided detailed updates and photos even while I was traveling out of the country. The end product looks great and we have the peace of mind coming from knowing that the installation was done correctly, with no shortcuts, and is protected through their 5 year warranty.

    ******* is an absolute pleasure to work with. Proactive and responsive. Did not disappear like some contractors are known to do. we had an issue (which was our fault) a year after the job was completed and he responded as if we had just hired him.

    NYKB did a beautiful job on a complete kitchen and bath remodel on our condo in the ************. Everything came out beautifully. Even when some unexpected plumbing issues came up behind the ********************** was able to work out a very fair price for me. *******, who was in charge of completing our project, was diligent, always available and showed impressive attention to detail.

    NYKB renovated our bathroom a year and a half ago. Due to issues with vendors and original construction of our apartment, the renovation was stressful and lengthier than anticipated. But throughout the entire process everyone in the office was quick to work with us to complete the bathroom, which ended up exactly as we had ask envisioned.NYKB honors their guarantees. ***************************, Noy Portal and their team quickly responded to our questions and concerns were quick to rectify any issues that have occurred after they completed our renovation. Everything was resolved quickly and completely covered under their warranty, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final results.We totally recommend NYKB for their work ethic and guarantee on work done!

    I used NYKB to renovate my entire *** apartment. They gutted the kitchen and bathroom, laid down new flooring throughout the apartment, re-wired the electric, installed new **********. Any renovation that disrupts your daily home life for months is extremely stressful. But NYKB did an amazing job managing and delivering on the renovation, including handling all the requirements and rules of my *** coop building. I have received so many compliments on my kitchen and bathroom. NYKB handled everything. It was white glove service. *************************** and his team were very professional and respectful. Even after the renovation was complete, Noy Portal was so responsive and quick to act when I had a question or there was a small issue.
