1 starVery bad experience! Paid $200 deposit to book a shipping of my car one month ago. Connected the agent one week ago for status and the agent told me No worries. Everything is going smoothly and as a plan". The day before the shipping date, he told me he couldnt find a carrier. Day has passed and still no update. 1 starWow what a scam ! So I called Broadway Auto Transport to deliver my daughters vehicle as she was moving away to go to college. This was her first time away from home and super scary for her. I was quoted a lower price than other companies which obviously locks you in. I paid a deposit and signed a contract . I had a gut feeling something was wrong and should have trusted it. 2 days before pickup I hadnt heard anything and was calling with no response. I finally reached someone who assured me I would have no issues and my daughters car would be picked up and I shouldnt worry . Now its the night before and I still havent heard anything from them about anyone picking up my car now Im getting very concerned which I voiced to them. Still was reassured. Now the day of pickup is here and I get a text saying they couldnt find a driver now Im completely screwed trying to find someone last minute. Every company told me that Broadway quotes low then cancels because they cant find drivers and never give you back the deposit. I was told they would give me my deposit back and they havent . 1 star1 month of confirming dates and prices. ****************************** always seemed flaky, so I demanded an email to stipulate what I was getting. I gave them a $200 deposit. I called repeatedly with emails to back it up. They could never give me a definitive date of pickup. So, 1 day before my pickup, ***** says ...from his email :And sir there is something i need to tell you.Actually i have 2 drivers right now and both of them can pick up your car tomorrow.And the first driver is close to the pick up address. He is ready to deliver your car for the contract price that we have with you. But he is not reliable i mean he does not have any insurance and once i checked his statistics i encountered some bad reviews that he damaged the cars he delivered and could not compensate since he did not have an insurance. When it comes to the second guy he is very professional one, we have worked with him so many times and every time he does very great job. He has an insurance up to $1.000.000 against any transport damage and he will be responsible for your items inside your car but the problem is that he is coming 400 miles away from the pick up location. So he is asking a litttle bit different price than we arranged with you. I mean the second guy who is so reliable one is asking $2200 in total and your reservation fee is also included in that price. Sir the reason why i found a carrier from another place is that none of the carriers who is near to the pick up location are reliable and none of them have any insurance in case they damage your car during delivery they are not able to compensate it. So sir I am sorry but to find a reliable carrier for lower price than that is a 50/50 chance so i would recommend to assign the second guyBroadway Auto Transport LLC

5 starsThe transportation company Broadway Auto Transport picked up my vehicle in less than 24 hours and had the car delivered the auto to my front door less than 24 hours after pickup. The vehicle was in great shape and the driver was courteous and pleasant to work with. This is the first vehicle I have ever shipped, opted to fly and drive my other 2 long distance purchases of a Victory Kingpin and Galdiator. 1 starAbsolutely terrible business practices. They gave me a quote to move my car, which stated $700 and no up front payments. This was 6 days before my pickup date. I asked if this was accurate and they confirmed they could do it for this price and it included everything. I had no confirmed pickup date until the the day before I requested and kept confirming they are sure they can do it. They tell me yes, wont be an issue. The day before pickup, they give me a story that they can only only find one driver, its now $1,200 and the driver wants $200 up front. 70% increase!! They are supposed to be experts that I can rely on for a reasonable quote. On top of that, they only shared a picture of the drivers driver license. I had to ask for the company name, and didnt receive a phone number of the driver until i called customer service and also 10 min before he arrived at the pickup. In a time when car thefts are at a peak, this situation had me extremely stressed. Once I made sure I had my car, I requested customer service refund me the $350 up front fees to at least bring the price increase down to 20% and acknowledge they did a bad job. They only offered $100, which I did not accept and they would not agree they were wrong. Id rather inform others than take the joke offer of $100. Hopefully people will see this and avoid this business that is not concerned about your money or satisfaction.Broadway Auto Transport LLC

1 starSCAM, horrible customer service! Constantly called me to schedule my transportation with them and once I did and gave them the deposit it went down hill from there. Very had to get a hold of and kept giving me the run around about my transport and then stopped responding when requesting updates and I have been unable to get refund for a trip they could not find a driver for.Broadway Auto Transport LLC
