    Bait and switch scam. Day of pickup they will refuse to pickup until you pay them more money. Their actual business name is ****** auto shipping, check out their reviews. Dont get scammed!

    ******* was gem in helping me from start to finish. I couldnt get any other company to go to my location because its in the **********. ******* persevered and found someone orchestrated everything same day for pick up and delivery. Saved me so much time and effort. He really went the extra mile and, Mindia , who delivered was so courteous and right on time. Highly recommend these guys! Super follow through by *******!A+++

    Pass on these guys! Read the reviews. They were the first to call me and wanted all my info to give me a quote. I started receiving quotes from other businesses and chose a different carrier. They couldn't shop the job because Broadway already started shopping it without my knowledge. To their credit, they did remove it when I called, but the *** I spoke to earlier sent a demeaning text accusing me of not being a man of my word. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE CHOOSING!

    I am a new service academy graduate and an active-duty military officer who relocates often, so I was hoping to establish a reliable relationship with this company for future vehicle shipments. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and stressful, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone, especially fellow military personnel who are frequently under tight deadlines.I was initially given an appealing shipping quote and agreed to the terms, even though I had been assured there would be no upfront feesonly to be asked for a reservation payment right after. Communication became increasingly frustrating, and as the scheduled pickup date approached, I was told there were no drivers available for the price we had agreed upon. This happened the day before I had to move, and I was essentially forced into accepting a significantly higher cost because I had no other choice and could not delay my move.Under pressure and with no compensation offered, I had to pay a much higher amount than originally promised. The entire situation felt like a bait-and-switch, and the added stress of this ordeal was completely unacceptable. When I later tried to seek a resolution for the unfair price hike, the company refused to offer any compensation after months of haggling. I had to go through **************** to be compensated (always put things like this on an AmEx if you have one, they will always get you a reimbursement if something goes wrong like this), which added to the frustration. While my vehicle did arrive at the destination, the experience left a bad taste, and the lack of accountability made it even worse. I was misled, taken advantage of, and backed into a corner under time-sensitive circumstances.

Clear instructions, well-maintained vehicle, and friendly staff at both pick-up and drop-off points. No last-minute scrambling or hidden fees just a smooth ride (literally) for the car and peace of mind for me. Top marks for Broadway Auto Transport!

    I was to be charged $400 to have a vehicle transported from ***** to ***********. They had difficulty in finding a hauler as promised and charged $1050 to get it here. I would like a refund if possible for the extra charge

The customer service agent kept his word with the pick up time and dropped off time was way ahead of the time I was told. I would definitely recommend the company to everyone for the prompt service moving my car from *******, ** to ********, **. Great customer service I have received and I am very satisfied with the company service delivery.

    Wow! What a refreshing experience. After dealing with many Auto Transporters who over promise and under deliver I was super pleased with the work from Broadway and specifically ****. He is an excellent communicator ensuring I was aware of everything happening during the move of TWO separate cars and TWO different times; this is why I am a repeat customer. Both my cars arrived in perfect condition with no damage and were picked up and dropped off in the time frames **** committed to. Use them today they are good!
