  I signed a contract for vehicle transport. I paid my $300 deposit on a $900 bill. **** told me many times the price was concrete. They agreed to ship my vehicle on a certain date and have it arrive on a certain date. I kept checking in and they kept telling me they were working on it and would be in touch. My *** **** went AWOL and they missed SLA for pick up. We were flexible with them and scheduled pick up for the next day. Day of pickup, I get a text from ****. He refuses to speak to me on the phone. They want to upcharge me for $500. They had a month to plan and book someone in. I told them they were in breach of contract and I was not paying any more than the $900 in our contract. That I was not going to tolerate being scammed. They put a different guy on the phone with me and he said I was threatening him for telling him they were breaching SLA. I am calling the police, BBB, and Attorney General. They will not take my calls. We got scammed.

  Please don't use this company, ***** *****, will be your best friend and tell you all the right things, but when he can't deliver on what is in the contract, he will try to push you to choose a higher cost for the required service, or try to cancel the contract an keep $200.00 of your deposit. Please stay away from this company and ***** ***** (if that's his real name). I will continue to post this until I get my full refund/reservation fee, and to keep other from making the same mistake I made, I hope to save others time and money.

  I shipped my dream car with Broadway Auto Transport using an enclosed trailer. **** was great to work with, communication was easy, and my car arrived in excellent condition, right on time for the agreed cost.

  On 8/25/2025 I signed a contract with this broker company for vehicle transport services. The quoted and agreed-upon price was $550, however, after the agreement was made, the price was increased to $900 without justification.The contract guaranteed delivery of my vehicle on 8/28/2025. That deadline was not honored. On 8/29, the broker, ****, informed me that the driver stated the vehicle would be delivered by 9:00 PM. At that time, my vehicle still did not arrive. By 12:00 AM, there was still no delivery, and all attempts to reach **** were unsuccessful as he stopped responding to my calls and *********** of now, I have no confirmed delivery date or location of my vehicle, and I have had to contact law enforcement to file a report due to concerns that my car may have been stolen.This company has engaged in bait-and-switch pricing, failure to honor contractual obligations, and a complete lack of communication or accountability. I am requesting that the BBB investigate this matter and that appropriate action be taken against this company to prevent further consumers from experiencing this type of fraud and negligence.

  I had a very positive experience with Broadway Auto Transport. ******* reached out to me with a quote, and sent a contract. I paid the deposit (25%) and the pick up was scheduled. I was told 6pm but the driver arrived at 11am. That was better for me but I wish I had known they were coming that early. We were told the trip would be Fri - Mon but the vehicle arrived Saturday night around midnight. Again, that was fine but I wish I had known and gotten accurate information. Balance was paid upon delivery, no issues, no surprises, no price changes. Would have given them 5 stars but inaccurate info could be a problem for some people.

  Too bad there is no ZERO stars! RUN RIGHT NOW!They love BAIT AND SWITCH, tell you a low price when you sign contract and the day of shipment it will go up and they will ask for more money.DISHONEST to the CORE, no wonder why they're not accredited. Do not make same mistake I did! RUN right NOW....walk away. Just to give you an idea, quoted me $2700; signed contract , put deposit .. all good until the day of shipment it was changed to $4400 and for some people like me the situation will force you to use them.

  This company lies about a lot of things. I even recommended them to my friends. They will jump up the price mid drive to you while they have your car! Their communication is HORRIBLE. Do not use this company at all!

  DO NOT TRANSACT BUSINESS WITH BROADWAY AUTO TRANSPORT. THEY CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL 400$ ON THE DAY OF CAR DELIVERY. ALTHOUGH I SIGNED FOR A CONTRACT OF 1200, THEY MADE IT 1600, AND TRANSPORTER WONT RELEASE THE CAR IF DO NOT PAY!!!

  Do not conduct business with Broadway Auto Transport. The agent and manager that we had the misfortune of working with were dishonest and extremely hard to communicate with. Broadway Auto Transport took complete advantage of my sweet mother-in-law (who is also a senior citizen, so shame on them) by charging her an extra $600 at the last minute. They cannot be trusted. I don't even want to give them a one star rating, but I have to so I can complete this review.

  Working with **** ****** at Broadway Auto Transport has been a fantastic experience. They are professional, dependable, and always ensure smooth operations. Communication is clear, and everything runs on time. Highly recommend their services!
