    The free appointment which led to the contract was a 5 star experience: Stone thought of every conceivable concern. The execution was flawed. 1) I received a text asking if I could move the start date up. I agreed. 2) Monday of the start week, the ******* was sent home 'sick.' That wouldn't be an issue, but it shortened the 'week' by a day, which might explain the rest. 3) I was told by **** that the crew would be here 8:30-3:30. In reality, the crew was here closer to 9:00-2:00, loading/unloading taking time? 4) The concrete pour date was always Friday. The crew of 3 Tuesday - Thursday was friendly, easy to work with. The concrete delivery started at 8:00. There were 2 on the concrete, 3 or 4 on the basement. 5) There had been a small leak at the water meter which I didn't notice until Friday. The ******* had noticed it on Thursday. I couldn't get my plumber here until the concrete had been poured. 6) Friday ended at 1:00. I didn't try to look at the job until Saturday, when I wanted to get the dehumidifier downstairs. Humidity level was 80%. By Saturday afternoon, it was obvious that concrete had sprayed all over the basement, on uncovered lolly columns, sump pump equipment, the circuit breaker box, the water meter, sheetrock. I took pictures which I sent on Monday morning. The ******* returned on Sunday to cement back the opening into the foundation needed for the pour. There are no windows. I had blocked what I could outside with cement blocks. The resolution proposed by the company was to hold back $1,800 of the roughly 23K total, 21K paid; power wash the basement; replace the sump pump part covered in concrete. A licensed plumber, a licensed electrician, the contractor who renovated the house, the city code enforcement officer all rejected the power washing proposal. The company has not responded to my efforts at resolution, at a proposed contract termination.
