  Max Out Homes was the best option for me. ******* and his team are fantastic. They offered a fair price for the home which needed a lot of renovations. ******* explained everything to me fully and answered all questions. If a problem came up, it was handled quickly and completely. Max Out Homes, for me , was the perfect solution.

  I was going through one of the hardest times in my life and I felt as though there was no hope. I received a call, which I didn't pick up, because my phone was filled with messages from people who wanted to discuss my situation. I didn't see how anyone could help. I had an attorney. And according to the courts, we had lost. However, there was something in this message that compelled me to call back. I was snarky at first. I really didn't think anyone could offer me any solution and I would be wasting my time. But instead of trying to pressure me, I was supplied with information. I was told about the business, about what they do, the people that would be involved and how I could do research on them to get more of an idea of what they were offering. I did my due diligence and started reading up on Residential Equity Partners and all parties involved. I called back and made an appointment with ****** *. Once meeting with ******, I knew I was in the right place, with people who really cared about helping me get to a solution that would be beneficial to me. We quickly started the process. I never felt pressured, was continually given information and guidance and was encouraged to review everything I had with my own attorney. We closed on my house within a few months of starting the process and had a team to help with relocation. The process could not have been easier. And each person involved in the process could not have been more kind and a pleasure to work with. If you are facing foreclosure and you get a call from Residential Equity Partners, answer that phone. If you are now just doing due diligence to find out what your options are, call them. They truly will help.

  So many companies tried to help me with this property & backed out for whatever reason. I was so discouraged & didnt want to deal with anyone else but Im glad I gave Residential Equity Partners a chance. They were the only ones that stuck with the process and helped me get to a resolution. I am so grateful, thank you for everything!!

  There are so many signs that prove to us that we live amongst angels. This is my immense gratitude for ****** ********** and his group. He is one of my top angels! I felt so bad for him and so many others who had to enter my chaotic and bizarre world that was created by my abusive, destructive and controlling ex-husband, who had single-handedly & unfortunately successtully put our home into foreclosure over and over and over again and left us with zero equity in a home we resided in for 24 years that was now in foreclosure. A home that I pleaded for, for my girls and then eventually, my son, for, long-term stability, comfort and memories. Through my long and arduous struggle of trying to keep my youngest child, my son in our home to complete high school and then gratefully four more years to complete college, l then was diagnosed with breast cancer. The foreclosure attorney that I had been working with for 8 years who is another amazing man as well, was so saddened when I explained I could no longer physically or mentally continue to maintain our almost 1 acre homestead and interior of my 1789 farmhouse by myself. Thats when ****** found me. He and his amazing group that crusaded for mine and my sons cause and was so supportive and effective in getting me to a satisfactory end result. He and his dutiful legal team had the courage, conviction and dedication that I have instilled in my own children and the students that I have taught, as well as the people that I have managed in my various careers to do the right thing. I have found that there are not many people in the world like him and I am ever so grateful and will continue to tell everyone about this chapter of my journey that helped me and my son through this stressful and traumatic time. Were now living a dramatically better and stress free life thanks to him. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU ******! | will always remember you and be grateful to God that he sent you, our ****** to us!

  We worked closely with ***** C who ran point on the whole process and was extremely responsive every step of the way. Flawless execution and over-delivered on expectation - and everything he promised at the outset over the course of a complex process. Most impressed that he was available at all times and provided sound advice. Highly recommend *** and especially ***** C if you're fortunate enough to work with him. True pro.
