    Agent lied and said they sent me a bill in the mail. He was argumentative and harassing. They didn't even have my correct name. I told him I disputed the claim and he threatened to bring charges against me. I thought this was illegal? BBB won't let me file a complaint; seems like consumer protection is a thing of the past.

    Very rude and persistent and pushy offer no help in difficult situations . Representatives act as if you owe them money. Very nasty and rude.

    I just got a notice from my one of my credit agencies that a Sunrise Credit Services placed a collection of $348 from ** * ** ******. I have owned a business for 30 years and have never used ** * ** ******. Now I am with by credit reporter to dispute this claim from Sunrise Credit services. What a joke this Sunrise Credit Services must be filing a false claim. No one is safe anymore and now it will take time and effort and maybe even money to fix this.

    This company hit my credit bureau not once (for $51 dollars) but twice!!!! 2x for $51 dollars my credit score dropped 40 points. I called Equifax and was told their phone number as they placed a fraud and dispute into the matter as i have never used ******* Communications/Spectrum in my life. I had to give my full Social Security number over the phone. I was not comfortable. I was told because I didnt have an account number there was no other way. That i should "try really hard to start understanding a lot better" As soon as I gave my social the rude woman HUNG UP ON ME!I am trying to resolve something that is ***** and not mine. I called back immediate and asked for a supervisor and 15 minutes on hold now. I cannot provide to a company I have never heard of or used an account number. NO letters came to me no calls or missed calls. I'm very upset i gave the woman my social and she hung up.
