On September 6, 2024, a security deposit in the amount of 2500 dollars and 1350 in rent was submitted to rent a home starting September 15, 2024. I notified the landlord/CEO of HS Property Funds Daniel S**** on September 10th that I would not be moving in due to family health issues. Since this time Dan S**** has refused to reimburse my full security deposit and rent. He submitted only $500 to date.

The tenant signed a lease. In that lease all monied are non refundable if the lease is broken. In the lease he supplied his security deposiy to hold the property prior to move in. This security deposit is non refundable if the lease is broken. To try and do right by the situation, even though by law per our attorneys we did not have to. We refunded $2500. Thank you
