Professional and very understanding of hardships. Extremely professional and understanding of financial hardships. Several payment options to choose from. Good experience.

Simons Agency called today and hung up on me. When I picked up the phone, I said "hello" repeatedly and there was dead silence. Then eventually they hung up on me.
I've been getting lots of hang up calls (not just from Simons). Re. today's call, I called their number back, at which point they identified themselves. It would have been nice if they did this when they called me.
I told the woman about the hang up call and said I would be blocking them.
This is MY phone and I refuse to allow anyone to treat me like this.

Today I tried contacting Simmons agency in order to find a resolution by doing a settlement offer. When I spoke to Sharon Burke The representative that I was working with. She rudely told me that the company would be having their attorneys reach out to me. I wasn’t able to ask her but she proceeded by hanging up. I tried contacting the Simmons agency to speak to someone else, and they transferred me back over to her and she sent me straight to voicemail. All I want is to be able to resolve this very quickly. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. I’ve worked with two other collection agencies in the past and they’ve worked very beautifully with me. I am willing to amend this review if I am contacted back and I’m able to resolve my account with a better trained individual..

Thank you for forwarding Mr. ****** complaint and allowing
us the opportunity to respond.  Our office was retained by United Consumer
Finance, Inc. for the balance due them.  The file was placed on 3/13/2019
and initial correspondence was sent to the address provided by our
client.  The correspondence was not returned as undeliverable.

After many attempts to contact Mr. ****, he did agree to
make payment arrangements with us.  All three of the three payments made
were declined as insufficient funds.  We have been unable to reach Mr.
    **** since March of 2023.

This account is now being handled by our attorney, who sent
a letter to Mr. **** on June 5, 2023.  Mr. **** is now trying to resolve
this balance with our office.  I did speak with him once, at which time I
told him this was not with our attorneys and they would be in contact with
him.  He said “Okay”.   Regarding my sending his next call
directly to my voicemail, I was not in the office at the time of that call.

Our attorney has tried to reach out to him, with no answer,
and no option to leave a voicemail.  I trust that we have addressed Mr.
****** complaint, however, he may contact our attorney’s office, Lotane
    & Associates at 321-636-4861.

I discovered my ex husband signed for myself as financially responsible for an account under our child's name by seeing Simon Agency on my credit report. He gave no information to contact me as the address was an apartment he no longer had and the number was his own. After contacting the original office (Upstate) they worked with me to remove the debt from my name. They sent two correspondences to Simon Agency asking for the debt to be placed elsewhere, the second in response to a very rude conversation I had with a Simon Agency collector. Not only did they insist this is still my debt they refused to believe any correspondences was sent from Upstate and told me if I'm telling the truth I can talk to Upstate. I reiterated this has been done, twice now, and they should have emails from Upstate who already had my account pulled to address the issue. At that point the lady said she can put in a ticket to a department in the agency that does that. I asked if I could speak with that department directly. No. Is there a confirmation number for the ticket? No. The only reason they have my number now is because I handled my business with Upstate. I would give zero stars if I were able.
