They take money from people trying to get a loan. Worst part is this is before youre actually approved or funded. It is easier to buy a home than to get a 100k loan. They want to be added to every item you have and all your insurance. They will consume what you have and all the forms you sign over to the out of state attorney allow this. Avoid its not with it, seriously they are horrible.

RATING OF 0! ZERO! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I was called at 6:15 AM by ******. She and her colleague, when I called them to speak to a supervisor, said the time zone was their system's fault? So ****** can't tell what time she's calling? You want to trust these people? She asked for a SS# over the phone? She also stated that if you're back taxes are not caught up, they can still do a SBA because they'll count some property as collateral. People YOU CANNOT GET AN SBA UNLESS YOUR TAXES ARE CAUGHT UP! How does this person not realize that? Plus, a link ****** sent me kept asking me to add a Chrome extension, what? That's fishy! ******, who I called, at first tried to make excuses about the time ****** call like it was OK. It's NOT ok. It's actually against the law to call us at that hour. I was afraid someone died! And ****** kept going until I got through to her, NO you cannot call at that hour and ****** is breaking a federal law giving out that kind of information to try to get ** to make an account with her. Plus, the links she sent were for savings accounts, etc. Just skettttchhhhyyyyy, poor training. Sketchy information. Someone is or was supposed to call me to bring ******'s actions to attention for retraining. However, I don't see that happening. It's clear that the front line people are not paid much and need to make those appointments. Be very careful when dealing with these, very shady vibes.
