    I ordered 2 swimsuits. One came the other didnt. When I inquired about the second suit I was told it was sold out and was offered to pick another suit or for a refund. I requested a refund and they confirmed Id be refunded. Its been 45 days and every inquiry comes with a promise that the refund is being expedited. I have still not received a refund.

    I disputed the charge with my credit card company and ******** finally refunded me. 

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    I purchased 6 swimsuits on May 27, 2023 for an upcoming vacation. The website stated fast delivery and easy returns. I did not receive my order until the day before I left for vacation (3 weeks after ordering) and had already purchased/packed what I needed. When trying to make a return the link on the website (which is only made available after you purchase) says to email ********************************** for instructions. I have emailed them three times and have never gotten a response. All I would like to do is return the items for a full refund as would be possible at any other retailer.

    Hello, I ordered two bathing suits from this company online. I received the bathing suits. I no longer want them and need to return them. I want a refund for the suits. I have been emailing with the company for over a month with little to no response. They are trying to tell me to keep them and to give me little dollars for the suits. Every week its an email saying Ill give you this. I paid over 70 for both. I dont want 10 back. I want what I paid. They dont want to send me a return label etc. very frustrating and Im sick of getting no where. This shouldnt be this difficult and I dont know what else to do at this point. Thank you.

    I placed order number ********************* with Riotbay on March 2nd, which totaled $41.87 with shipping. Their website states that orders generally ship within 14 days. I have emailed the company three times to inquire about the status of my order with no response. I would either like to know the status of my order, or get my money back if the order cant be shipped for some reason. I would like a response from the company letting me know whats going on
