- Upon their execution on behalf of the Client no product provided by NextCore Media LLC are eligible for a refund, unless clearly written in the contract. All refund policies are created on a case by case basis. Client requested refunds for products already delivered by NextCore Media LLC will only be addressed if they are not prompted by NextCore Media LLC’s failure to deliver and/or execute the product purchased by the Client. Refund requests may be denied at NextCore Media LLC’s sole discretion once NextCore Media LLC has executed all expressed prerequisites for a specific product as denoted by that service’s description on NextCore Media LLC’s website.
If a guarantee was provided within the scope of work or proposal provided for any and all services delivered by NextCore Media LLC, this guarantee must be delivered by Consultant by the last date of the term agreement. A guarantee of services can be proven and valid by reports, search results, screenshots or other methods of media capture (photo, video) provided and sent to the client. If the guarantee is unfulfilled, Client has the right to be offered a full refund and compensation of all services, including all payments in full, to the Client. If Client terminates agreement earlier than the last day of term outlined, Consultant has the right to provide no refunds for services provided. - Business Categories
