Absolutely Unprofessional and Unhelpful - Avoid at All Costs My experience with Thomas George Associates LTD was deeply disappointing and incredibly frustrating. I called seeking crucial information to prevent my license from being suspended, a serious matter for me, and was met with an appalling level of unprofessionalism. The representative I spoke with was immediately rude and unhelpful, repeatedly stating, "well, you're the one that owes us money" instead of offering any guidance or information. Their attitude was dismissive and uncooperative. When I requested to speak with a manager or supervisor, the representative questioned my reason for the request, saying "for what?" and then tried to deter me by claiming they "might be busy." This level of obstruction and lack of respect for a customer's right to escalate an issue is unacceptable. I insisted I could leave a voicemail and wait for a *********** interaction with the supervisor was equally, if not more, frustrating. Instead of addressing the clear issues with their employee's conduct, the supervisor defensively stated their employee "did nothing wrong" and asked "what do I want for him to do?" It is not my job to instruct their staff on basic customer service or professionalism. The entire exchange demonstrated a profound lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. This company appears to have no regard for helping individuals seeking legitimate information, and their staff's behavior is frankly unacceptable for any business. I am genuinely shocked that a company operating in such a sensitive area (debt collection, which can impact licenses) can conduct themselves in this manner. Their approach creates unnecessary stress and offers no constructive path forward for their callers. I strongly advise anyone to seek alternatives if possible.

The complainant contacted Thomas George Associates on June 23, 2025 to discuss a subrogation claim we are handling on behalf of *********************. This is a tort claim and not a collection matter. Upon contacting our office, the complainant attempted to negotiate a payment arrangement on the claim with our representative. Our representative provided the terms of the payment arrangement with the complainant and explained that it required a down payment of Direct Auto insureds deductible amount and monthly payments. The complainant stated that she was willing to make a down payment but was unable to make monthly payments until September. Our representative explained that a payment arrangement requires a monthly payment on the same day each month. The complainant asked for and spoke with a manager who sits six feet from the representative she was speaking to on an open floor. The manager was able to hear the conversation between the representative and the complainant in real time. The complainant complained that the representative was being unprofessional. Our manager confirmed that our representative had stated what was required to enter a payment arrangement and asked in what way that was unprofessional. The complainant then stated that the manager was unprofessional and continued to argue in circles that it was unprofessional to explain that a monthly payment arrangement required monthly payments. The complainant has stated that she will have her attorney contact our office.

I am trying to understand why I owe money. The business person of contact is very unprofessional and talks like a juvenile deliquent. I'm simply asking for proof of monies owed and he responds like an immature teen. I have no problem paying commissions that were paid to me for business I made, if there is a policy. But instead of showing proof of policy, I'm just provided a statement. It proves nothing. In any case, **** ***** speaks like a child, stereotypical for the work being performed, unfortunately. Disgusting behavior.

Good afternoon. Our office has been working with ***** **** regarding repayment of unearned commissions. We have provided Mr. **** with copies of each commission statement for the three separate insureds, reflecting their names, policy numbers, as well as when the charge backs occurred. These commission statements also list the date when the policy information was first reported, and all were prior to Mr. ***** date of resignation. Despite his claims to the contrary, Mr. **** has been provided documents in December of ******************************************************* his complaint. Sometimes there are personality conflicts if Mr. **** would like to speak to another representative please feel free to reach out to **** ****** one of our recovery managers. ******************

This company sent me a letter out of the blue today regarding an "accident" they say my daughter was in last year on 05/16/2023. She is grown 22, with her own car in her own name. They stated she was driving my car which is false and a lie, they also stated my daughter's car is in my name which is also false. My car has not been in any accidents on 05/16/2023. I work from home and my car sits in my drive way. Also my daughter's car is in her name since she's gotten the car in 2020. So please stop with the lies! They guy I spoke with was very rude. I don't appreciate being sent a letter about something that has nothing to do with me. To me it seems as if he was saying anything and don't have any proof of the lies he told. Don't send me any more letter or calls about this or I will have my lawyer deal with this! 1188714-43.

We apologize for any confusion regarding this accident. Our office was provided with the following information for an accident that happened on 5/16/23 with an OH plate # JGT9098 registered to Myaisher ******* for the vehicle involved in the loss. After this complaint was received an additional investigation into the loss it has been confirmed that the plate number involved in the loss was OH Plate # JBU3286 which in fact is not registered to Myaisher *******. We have removed Myaisher ******* from our file based on the new information provided as a result of the investigation. There will be no further contact with ***********************. Sadly with the wide range of accidents that happen and information being passed through several different parties sometimes mistakes happen. If you need any additional information please feel free to contact me directly at ***************** - Thank you.

I received what looks like junk mail. There wasn't any detailed information in the letter. The claim date is incorrect and I have no recollection of the insurance company stated in the letter. Also, the letter is asking me to provide information. How are you contacting me about a claim without all the facts? Why wouldn't the insurance company in question provide this information or you do your due diligence and obtain this information before sending me a letter. Moreover, if you're sending me a letter, why would you not name the "original claimant" in this letter? The letterhead can be reproduced by any elementary student with a computer. And the signature is typed at the bottom of the page. A signature wasn't even provided. The wording comes across as if you're attempting to use language to provoke fear. Everything about this screams scam.I sat this on my desk and thought, let me look up this company. Now I find myself here looking at other reviews and finding this company isn't even BBB accredited. And the response to these claims further diminishes any concern I have about this letter, giving me more reason to believe this is some crazy scam by someone in ******** desperate enough to pull this bogus online template from ****** and send it out to people in another state in hopes they would be so frightened, they'd send money, not knowing if the person on the other side is even who they portray themselves to be.One star is one star too many.

Sadly, there is no ability to reply to this because there is no information being provided by the petitioner as to who they are, what letter they received, and the file number on the letter. "Bree ** is not sufficient information to determine what this is all about. As for the rest of the statement, it doesn't warrant a reply.
