    Unified Global Solutions calls me on my cell, on my job and they send text messages every 4 days threatening 'my installment loan is past due and pending a possible wage garnishment'. This is harassment and I am tired of their idle threats. I don't know who they claim I owe because they never state that on the message. I don't know who is calling me because again, the automated message doesn't say. I have not received anything in the mail from this company documenting who I am supposed to owe. I want the threats and harassment to stop immediately.

    This company has called and threatened me with a law suit over a debt. I received a spam text message advising me that a court issue in my name, will be filed on my behalf.

    Our office contacted this consumer via phone call, text and sent a letter. The consumer has not responded. There has not been a message sent regarding any threats. This matter has been place on their credit bureaus and the client has been notified about this complaint.

    Company does unsolicited text saying that they are filing civil wage garnishment against me today if I don't call the 800 number. I have not been contracted or emailed about any type of loan.These text showed up about four months ago almost daily saying that they will file a garnishment against me. I asked who they was and got no reply at all. I pulled a copy of my credit report and saw nothing on there. I would like this harassment to stop or I will be forced to seek legal help.

    Our office has been retained on a delinquent account. There was a email on a contract that was debtor to the consumer with no response. ****** ****** has never contacted this office regarding this debt. We have closed this account in our office and notified the client.

    I received a message, likely spam..of an alleged account I have with them. I I have no knowledge or have done any business with this “company” and they are threatening garnishing my wages if I don’t call.

    Consider this notice and complaint a cease and desist.

    This company has called and threatened a law suit over a debt. Online it states this company is banned from debt collection. they also attempted to charge my card without authorization.

    Ms. **** was contacted by our our company regarding a valid debt she incurred and verified she was in a hardship that's why this wasn't paid. Ms. **** was made aware that the call was being recorded. Ms. **** set up a payment arrangement gave her debit  card information all on a recorded line. Our office was attempting to work with her as she didn't have the full balance. A DocuSign was sent to Ms. **** with the arrangements that were set up. Ms. **** declined her first payment our office has attempted to contact Ms. **** multiple times with no response. Our office with close this account and notify the client.

    Company does unsolicited text saying that they are filing civil wage garnishment against me today if I don't call the 800 number... I owe nothing and have received this threat 3 times in the past 2 months. FYI it's against NYS banking and FTC regulations to threaten anyone or harass them as a debt collector. This is also being filed with NYS Banking as they are from NY!

    I received a spam text message advising of an alleged account in my name that has become delinquent and in order to prevent a forceful recovery of my wages, that I should call ************. I have no knowledge of or have done any business with this company and there are no loans of any nature on my credit report. Consider this notice and complaint a cease and desist.
