    Steve is amazing and goes above and beyond! We had Steve in 2016 and 2024 do home inspections and both times was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Highly recommend Basements and Above!

    Cannot say enough about Steve. This is my first experience buying a home, and Steve really went above and beyond. He was early to our appointment even though it was early in the morning, and he was very kind to squeeze me in last minute since I had a short turn around time on my inspection. Steve was incredibly thorough - there is not an outlet in that house he didn't find or a crawl space he wasn't in. He explained everything to me so thoroughly and kindly, and really helped me understand what the house needs and what next steps should be to handle those things. Seriously, Steve is amazing and I will be forever recommending him.
