Everyone from sales, to installation was professional and friendly! The install day was quick , efficient and when they left there was not a thing out of place - they cleaned up everywhere they were in the house and were friendly and communicated thru the whole process! I got 5 window estimates and Window Depot was by far the lowest price to complete the job I wanted done. They measured the window correctly, ordered and delivered the correct window size, installed the window professionally and well done. The window appears to be a quality window despite being much cheaper than competitors' window prices. I am pleased with the work that was done and the installation team cleaned up nicely afterwards.Window Depot USA of Albany Response

I highly recommend Window Depot. John and his team were simply awesome!! We had 16 windows replaced and we could not be more pleased. John was a true pleasure to deal with. His prices were fair and the window quality is much better than others we looked at and the lead time was half. His install team (Ryan, George & Dave) were simply fantastic. They each had over 10 years of experience installing windows, were extremely knowledgeable & friendly. We will definitely be ordering our next set of windows from them!
