I bought a 689 dollars' watch from Gemnation. They are guarantee 30 return, but the return process is virtually very hard and it is very arduous to get answer from them. I'll make what happened as simple as possible. 1. I placed an order for my watch at 1/*/2018 and after half an hour I asked for a refund to get Ebates point. 2. They denied and suggested some payback for the corresponding-value of it. I accept it. I asked when they are gonna give me a payback, and they told me it will be made by August *** morning? I can't remember the exact date but they did not keep their punctuality. I was worried if they lied to me, and only after my complaint they gave me the promised feedback. 3. My hands were tied so I couldn't open the watch. And August ***, I found out the watch's price went down to 540 usd LOL. Of course I tried to refund and reorder, so I had to mail them again to ask for a refund. In this point, I have to make it clear that they guarantee 30 days return. 4. They denied. And suggested me to give me the correspondent payback again. I accepted it. No harm for me. Since they already gave me some payback before, I naively believed them and finally cut the 'you cannot return if you cut this' tag. 5. Like all those stories, they cut the contact. Ignored my emails, live chat (there nothing like chat in their homepage. It's just an email system of which name is Live CHat). 6. After my bunch of complaints for this ignoring action, they finally answered me with "We are very busy and cannot contact you in minutes" sentence. 7. They changed their words. But for now I cannot return it because I cut the tag.
