    1/31/25-called *** contractors at ************ they sent ****** with a flyer from different company basements pro. I paid ****** ****** deposit for invoice of ***** basement waterproofing for ********************************. 2/1/25-paid ****** ******* for same invoice 2/3/25-******* who works for ****** digged hole on right side of outer wall, took sheet rock on the other side of the wall out and called me to say to continue the work he says project is now ****** and needs ****** deposit to continue. Told ******* would like a refund. Left voicemail messages to Charlies number, called ****** he doesnt pick up and ******* voicemail is full. 2/4/25-called ******* multiple times and called ****** as well no one picks up. I need my refund so I can fix the hole that they created. Rain and snow will damage the outer right side wall and need to find someone who can help me fix it as soon as possible.

    This complaint is incorrect and baseless. First of all, our company has only one name and is registered under *************************. My company has the legal name of SAS contracting ******** And alternatively we use SAS Roofing and waterproofing. We are only based and that is the only option we use to publicize. We do not use fliers or cards. We are associated with only two numbers which are cell ************* and office *************. I the owner am, ******** ******* and I physically go to give job price. No one under the names of ****** or ******* work for me. We do not provide or use any preprinted paper or invoices for our jobs. All invoice or proposals are sent by pdf through emails. This seems like a fraudulent company using my info. If you have any proof stating my companys name such as SAS contracting ******, please provide it to me. If youd like you can come to visit my office, which is close to your job site address. My address is ************************************. Unless, you want me to come by to meet you.
