      When I submitted my request for a refund with my details and reasoning I received no response other than my return was approved. I did not know the details of the return and refund until I received an email that my refund has been processed and it was only for what I believe is the sales tax. I was not provided an option to keep the item. Now they’re saying that I can spend more on shipping to get my item back.

      Unimpressive return policy - "Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of goods. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition with original packaging, all parts included, and never installed." - - which sounds great... but then a paragraph later - - - - "An item can be returned if you changed your mind or don't like it, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee" but then they apply that restocking fee even when the return wasn't for one of those two reasons. If you're going to write the return policy so specifically then that's what it should be, not this plus whatever someone feels like. And 25% seems like a high number to me to charge for a return.

From the moment I selected their exquisite marble countertops, they made sure to follow up at every step to ensure I was completely satisfied. Not only that, but the shipping was incredibly fast, allowing me to enjoy my stunning new countertops in no time.       If possible, to provide a NEGATIVE STAR review this company has earned it.BUYER BEWARE. In my experience/opinion this company CANNOT be believed - on their website, customer service nor management to provide truthful product *********** information to the buyer. Products offered online on the company website, when an order was placed AND offered through the sales/online team were suddenly NOT available. When orders were placed, the agreed to price was not honored. In fact, a sudden upcharge was required. Further, when the product was delivered (later than committed to), the product was not to specifications (dimensions nor features.) On inquiring remedy, I was informed, that the company's SOP allows them to change the contracted product specifications without notification to the buyer, that there are no substitutes nor refunds allowed.The only relief was achieved through legal action.BUYER BEWARE. What you are getting into seems to have VERY LITTLE with what is promoted on this company's website AND sales service personnel.

      I ordered a vanity cabinet, and they emailed me monthly for MONTHS that it was not in stock and I'd have to wait or order something else. I had already had the entire bathroom remodeled to fit that exact vanity, including plumbing, electric and walls moved, and custom cabinets built to match the style. Another vanity was not an option. I was waiting to finish that bathroom to rent our house out, and we had to delay rentals for 5 months because of this vanity. Finally we walled off that half of the house and rented just the side with a working bathroom because we needed the income. I communicated the urgency of this regularly, and requested that they do something to rush the manufacturer, but they simply pointed fingers, accepted zero responsibility for the delay, and when I pointed out the enormous financial loss they were causing me and asked for at least some kind of discount on the item they did nothing. Then they lost my payment info and made me do some sketchy paypal transaction instead and told me I should be happy they weren't charging me MORE for the vanity, as the price has increased since I originally placed the order - and made the online payment. Terrible customer service, if I wasn't so stuck needing this specific and hard to find left-drawer vanity I would have thrown in the towel with them months ago. AVOID!!!!
